You don't know what you're going to get at this Subway, seriously. If the right crew is there then it's fine, but I've had too many negative incidents to support going there. First off, I've done app orders on there many times and have gone, once the app said it was finished, to learn they didn't even start on it. What's the point of the app if you aren't going to actually make the sandwich? After three times of doing that, when I decided to go it would just be to order on the spot.
Fast forward to yesterday, I go in to get a sub and the woman behind the glass gives us a look and says "I hope you're patient, we have five online orders to do." My wife and I were the only two in there. She was polite to them, I just walked out wondering how this woman had not been fired yet. I mean, I'm not heartless, I've worked in a similar shop, and I get the frustration. But, you can't just do all the online orders and expect customers inside to wait for you to make their meal. But also like, why the sudden change? Maybe don't manipulate your online order times and with two people there, maybe have one person focus on the online orders while the other takes care of the two people that are inside. After my wife said "we'll just go somewhere else, don't worry about it," the same woman then said "stay blessed."
I won't be going back. That was the final straw. We ended up going to the location in Evans. There were two workers there that were dealing with no AC inside their building, and despite those conditions, we were treated much better by them.
Since they didn't serve us, I can't say we did take out or get dinner.
