  Waited more than 10 minutes in the drive through to get my order. If I had to guess I'd say they are short staffed

  The cashiers are not friendly and don't check the orders very well. The drive thur speaker is not clear. The French fries are not hot.

  The staff is nice and conversational. However the tables needed attention. We wiped down our own. A family came in and the father run out after they ordered and brought back some wipes to clean their table as well. I have mixed reactions about the food. The Big Mac was on a hard bun, and the burgers were smaller then ever ( I'm talking really tiny ). Thank goodness the fries were hot and the container was full. The soda was dialed into the right consistency of syrup and carbonated water.

  This location cannot get anything right whether it’s taking orders or filling bags they just can’t get it right. they are rude especially the night time manager. I understand being busy i’ve worked fast food as well but pulling people up and having them wait over 30 minutes for an order is unacceptable. Corporate needs to come and evaluate this place and it’s workers

  This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. I ordered 20 piece nuggets, large diet coke,medium strawberry shake,ranch snack wrap, a fish sandwich, and a burger. Let me start off by saying I was missing my sauce for my nuggets and when I asked for it it took forever for them to get it.By the time I did get it my dad and wife were half way through there meals.So I didnt get to eat with them.They were also out of strawberry shakes as per usual. Then I ordered a shamrock mcflurry with m&ms and whip cream which I also had to wait forever on. I watched the employee skip over my ticket numerous times to fill other tickets. She finally made it when I asked if it was coming.Once again I was missing something.The whipped cream on the Mcflurry which I had to wait yet again for.This McDonald's wait time is ridiculous. And i was not the only customer order that was messed up. There were other customer complaints as well. In total I spent a hour at this location between eating and waiting on them to fix my order.This should of been fast food and I can attest that it was not.The only thing good about this experience was the food once I actually received it.Definitely stay clear of this location.
