- BCBill Cowertown5 days ago1.0I asked for iced coffee they give me hot. I asked for a dozen donuts they bring one. My daughter asked for light ice in her coffee they add more. Also, Found a hair in the one donut that I didn’t ask for. I couldn’t have been more clear with my communication. Easily the worst Duncan in the state of GA. INCOMPETENT

When I say pleasant attitudes, clean atmosphere, and everyone worked as a team to get things done. They showed my ol young self how to use the app as well. Yep I’ll come back to get that Oreo frozen coffee in the morning. Thank you for all the assistance 😊

- KGKayla GarciaMar 31, 20263.0The coffee was good, but the employees are a bit disorganized, I got an avocado bacon toast, and they forgot about it, went to the front to ask when it would be ready, one of the employees said it'd be out in a minute, so I wait, after about 10 minutes or so, went back to the front, and asked, they forgot, finally got it out within seconds. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but I guess apart of that is my fault for not being more persistent... didn't think I had to be.
