Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MAMatthew A.Aug 21, 20261.0The non-meat items I had were good and the service was okay (although they always have to be reminded that they forgot my drink, not a huge deal but it is inconvenient and has happened every time)...but the meat on the burger was absolutely not cooked, which is a health concern with ground beef cooked a flat top, like Whataburger uses. Mine was bright pink throughout. I can't afford to get sick so I had to toss the burger and just eat the fries and pie, which really sucked.

- TBTammi BAug 2, 20265.0This location has friendly and clean atmosphere. Our food was made fresh and tasted great. Some of these fancy fast food places are ridiculously priced but Whataburger manages to deliver good quality sandwiches at a fair price.
