  I went to this location yesterday and there was a young man at the counter. The restaurant was empty, so he had the time to be on his phone. By his appearance, I wondered if he was homeless. His clothes weren’t clean and he had lint stuck in his Afro, so I was happy to see him employed. After placing my order, I believe the name he called was Savannah, when he stated, “You got food.” This young lady came from the back with her phone in her hand and was visibly upset, calling him “lazy.” I would’ve been nice to see her wash her hands but at least she put on gloves. So, my first impression was that this restaurant was being worked by young adults who use this as pass time to get paid and be on their phones. Not washing her hands told me how unsanitary they are when taking orders and I will not return.

  There’s only one person in this location that goes above and beyond for customer service. The one cashier Nyla or the one with the long eyelashes is the most rudest person ever. It’s literally like she doesn’t want to work there. You walk in, she just stares at you as if she’s upset that you interrupted her being on her phone! She makes the smoothies taste like water. I rather ride down to Sprayberry to spend my money at this location. I frequent here often and I don’t appreciate how rude she is! She’s young with a bunch of attitude at a store I’m spending my money at?

  Food portions are tiny for the price. Unless you spend $30+ you will still be hungry. Smoothies are below subpar, it was basically a cup of flavorless ice.

  I placed an order for pick up while the restaurant was showing as open. When i got to the restaurant, it was closed. I requested a refund over a month ago and it's still not processed and all i get form the "support email" is that "it's been noted". Be careful ordering from this restaurant or they could steal $50 by saying that they're open when in reality, they're closed. I've been a tropical smoothie customer for years and the rising prices and steep decline of quality and following this experience, i will no longer be a customer and encourage the reader of this review to follow.

  Great, healthy option to pick up a smoothie or flatbread. Order ahead if you want the convenience of grab-n-go.
