We went a few hours after they opened. The food was good, especially the chicken tacos and birria cheesesteak. Meat had a lot of flavor. Our server Maks was also very attentive.
I recently visited Taco Factory - Marietta and left extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the loaded fries along with two orders of the Tijuana steak tacos, and the experience was far from what I expected.
The loaded fries were mushy and lacked the freshness and texture that should come with a dish like that. Instead of being crispy, they were soggy and unappetizing. The Tijuana steak tacos were even more disappointing. The steak was incredibly dry, tough, and difficult to chew, making the tacos unenjoyable.
When customers spend their hard-earned money on a meal, they expect quality, freshness, and consistency. Unfortunately, this visit fell short in every area. Management needs to address these issues to ensure that food is prepared properly and served fresh.
I have heard good things about Taco Factory in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I truly hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements.

We stopped in for my wife's birthday. We sat outside as our fur baby was with us. We were greeted by Maks. He was very pleasant and polite. We're in the neighborhood and we're glad to see y'all, we'll be back
If you're into spirited salsa, they have it.
We had a fantastic experience! Sam provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible. The birria tacos were packed with flavor, the burrito was delicious, and the cheddar cheese sauce with the chips was absolutely addictive. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. If you're in Marietta, GA, this place is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back!

Wow, just wow. I feel like I was just pranked on a reality show. Looking at the reviews, you would see this place and think it will be amazing. The place isn’t dirty but it’s not clean. Tables haven’t been wiped down and the floor is sticky. That was my first sign but I pressed forward. There’s one guy out front who is friendly when you come in. We ordered and the nachos are greasy and have a bland flavor. The server waited until the entrees came to let us know they’re Out. Of. Forks…back up idea, he brings spoons. Fine, first world problem, we moved on. Then he brings two burgers and after sitting them down says, “oh yeah, sorry, but we’re out of ketchup.” Never mind that both burgers had ketchup explicitly requested. I knew by that point we were never coming back. The tacos were okay. The meat was generous and flavored slightly above average. But it was literally a taco shell, meat and a few bits of onion. So I go up to pay the bill and I let the server know, we need those items adjusted off the bill. He says, “oh, you can pay the whole bill and I’ll refund you for those items.” I indicate that after the questionable decisions I’ve seen (convincing yourself that you can bring out two burgers with no ketchup and it will be fine) I don’t have enough trust that the refund will be handled appropriately. He says he can’t remove items and it’s the only way. I say, if you want any kind of payment today, you’ll find a way to remove them. After calling his manager, he comes back and says he can make a new ticket. Now he mentions the new total and he’s reaching out for my card. I say, I’ll need to see the itemized list before I pay. As soon as I see it, I notice one of the items is still there. He then apologizes and removes it from the receipt…after having told me he can’t remove items from a ticket…How, in the name of all that is decent and proper, did this place get this rating?
