  If I could give it no stars I would.. I was on my lunch, went to drive thru, got my order $12.. Ok thanks have a good day.. Get back to my office notice there was a additional $10 charge on my acct.. Go back to the restaurant, spoke with the GM.. Instantly dismissive, she said “we don’t give refunds, dispute it with your bank.. I explained to her that once I do that I will have to wait another 5-7 days for a new card, because my bank will consider this fraud and cancel my card, I literally just went thru this and received a new card yesterday.. She said I don’t know what to tell you, but we don’t issue refunds, I ain’t got time for this then proceeded to walk away.. I said you all are stealing money, because how is it my acct is less $22 when my order was only $12.. she said I don’t know call your bank and walked away.. Very unprofessional, very inappropriate.. I am a manager right across the street from this place and I would have never treated a customer like that.. When I spoke with corporate, they stated that because my order was in store, I should have absolutely been issued a refund, no questions asked.. Taco Bell, I hope you look into this and have a sit down with the GM at that Store.. Her attitude was disgraceful..

  Our order was stolen and staff gave an attitude about it. We pulled up with a mobile order and were told it was already collected. Our best guess is that someone said they had a mobile order and the worker on the headset volunteered our name, then with blind confirmation just passed out our order. When we asked to show the app and proof, the manager came over the box and told us verbatim, “Well, we’re not remaking it.” And told us to get a refund through the app. It’s usually a great location, but this experience sucked mainly because of the confusingly ugly attitude in their voice.

  horrible service, i wish i could leave a 0 star. food was cold and disgusting since i waited 40 minutes behind 1 car. no one was at the window and i could literally hear sounds of sexual activities coming from the kitchen area and my kids were with me and they do NOT need to hear that. they gave me the wrong food, no napkins, no straw, overall terrible choice in coming here and i will NOT be coming back this location nor will i want taco bell in general as this left a horrible taste in my mouth coming from their company

  waited 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. food was cold, quesadillas weren’t cut at all, gave us a wrong item, didn’t give any napkins, gave a small drink when i ordered a large. the drive thru worker also stood there while our drinks overflowed onto the cups for an entire minute and had the audacity to hand those sticky drinks to us. overall, worst taco bell i have ever been to

  I wish I could give this establishment zero stars if I could. I ordered four items: fries, a drink, and two veggie food items. When I opened the bag, I saw a beef taco which I did not order. Then, I saw both of my other vegetarian items had full beef in it. It was disgusting to me because I am vegetarian. I had to taste the meat in my mouth for the other two items that I thought were safe. DISGUSTING! Staff should be ashamed. We were the only ones in the drive through and there was no rush. Please do not ever come to this restaurant, it is consistently having issues with serving customers.
