This location won't last without some changes. They don't honor most regional coupons and they skimp the most I've experienced in my life when it comes to toppings -- even when you are ordering in-store. Check out was cumbersome due to a language barrier and Subway's own confusing (but improving slowly) app checkout process -- it showed a reward that couldn't be applied. Restaurant is otherwise clean and, well, quick because no one is here during lunch hour.
The one thing I like they never have the patty for.

Subway calls the workers who make their sandwiches Sandwich Artists®. That term is one of their registered trademarks. Before becoming a Sandwich Artist®, a worker attends an online school called the University of Subway®. Then, they undergo in-person training led by the store manager and senior co-workers. Apparently, this entire process takes several days before a simple guy or gal from the street is transformed into a certified Sandwich Artist®.
Yet, despite this rigorous training, the Sandwich Artist® at this store did a disastrous job wrapping my sandwich. And no, I did not overload my sub with two pounds of veggies and half a gallon of mayonnaise like some sandwich maniac. It was a simple veggie patty sub with onions, lettuce, cucumbers, jalapeños, and olives, finished with just a smidge of Chipotle Southwest sauce.
My Sandwich Artist® wrapped it with such "delicate care" that it started falling apart even as she was packing it. While she was struggling, I politely alerted her that one of the veggie patties was overhanging the bread by half its length. She told me that the patties are simply too long for the bread and the overhang cannot be corrected! I am not sure why Subway corporate decided to supply just this particular franchisee with exclusively extra-long veggie patties, because I have never encountered this problem at any of the five dozen Subways I have visited across the United States and India in the last decade.
In spite of this Sandwich Artist®'s inspirational performance, I tipped her $2. I have wasted a lot of money throughout my life, but I do not regret any single wasted dollar more than those two.
So, dear management of Subway located at 2200 Roswell Rd Suite 110 in Marietta, GA, please, get your sandwich act together and train your workers properly.
I should have read reviews before going to this place. I would have stayed away and so should you.
Really disappointed with how the food ingredients are handled here - especially the lettuce, which looked old, soggy, and slimy. I politely asked the employee if it would be replaced, and he responded that he couldn’t throw it away unless it was “officially bad,” per the owner’s instructions. He acknowledged that although the lettuce wasn’t fresh looking, still it couldn’t be discarded.
I then asked if I could have some fresh lettuce from the back, and he agreed. But to my surprise, he proceeded to pour the new lettuce directly over the old, stale lettuce. I mentioned that doing so defeats the purpose and will only spoil the fresh batch faster. He agreed but said again that he was just following what the owner requires.
The spinach looked questionable too, wilted snd curled up, and some cucumbers were looking soggy and slimy. Overall, the produce didn’t look clean or fresh. I don’t blame the employee. He was polite and clearly just following orders. But the practices at this store are concerning.
Cutting corners with fresh ingredients is not just cheap, it risks people’s health. And when someone gets sick, it’s hard to trace it back and hold anyone accountable. This isn’t how food should be handled.
Attaching photos to show what I saw, including the second image where new lettuce was dumped on top of the old. Not a good experience. Stay away!
I go here all the time the guy who runs it is amazing at what he does. Lol We ordered 6 sandwiches and he didn't skip a beat. Always clean and the customer service is great.
