For customers who think a large pizza is a personal pizza, check the fridge six times hoping something new magically appeared, consider ranch a beverage, say they’re not hungry and then steal three slices anyway, stop at the gas station for snacks on the way home, and still ask what’s for dessert. Loaded with cup & char pepperoni, sausage, bacon, meatballs, mushrooms, black olives, onions, and blasted off with a garlic butter parmesan crust.

Genuinely excellent pizza. They seem to be handling a big increase in volume from a viral review, which is of course a mixed blessing for a small shop. Topping availability and wait time suffers slightly and it can feel a little chaotic. Call 20 minutes ahead or order online because 45 minutes for a carry out isn’t uncommon
If they’re busy, which they probably are.
I’ve also noticed that sometimes the dough seems under salted. Even when the crust is a little bland, the rest of the toppings still carry the experience. Hopefully they get that standardized because it’s really a very simple factor that ties together the excellent ingredients that they’ve so carefully selected. Overall they’re really doing a great job after getting viral attention.
They deserve the attention because It’s probably the best pizza in the area, especially if you like thin and crispy crust.
Ingredients are very high quality, crust is thin, chewy and crisp. Even the blue cheese dressing is excellent.
Atmosphere is fun, with arcade cabinets and pinball machines lining the walls. It’s my go-to pizza spot now. Hope they keep up the great work.

Honestly used to be a big fan of the place, would come to any car or bike nights they hosted and always recommended it, but after portnoy came my experience just kinda got worse and worse. Listen i understand hes good for business but hes not great for regular customers, waiting on average almost a hour to a hour and a half for a single pie is just not acceptable. If you have that kind of wait then i know you have the money to meet demand. Also noticed doordash prices went up 30% which kinda seems like a cash grab to me. Also changed their "late late night" hours to just late night hours which im honestly most disappointed about, youd think with how badly they wanted the business they would stay open even later with the insane demand. Again though its not my business so who am i to judge, the food is still as great as it was just really disappointing to see how they handled the publicity and influx, feels like orginal customers who helped support it the most kinda got screwed. Best of luck though to them hopefully they will go back to their roots a bit more.

Right off of 41 not far from the Big Chicken Solar Slice in Marietta, GA has quickly established itselt as a local favorite in just two years.
The restaurant is super casual with video games, pinball machines, and outdoor seating. Bright colors, Ninja Turtles, and Buzz Lightyear give it fun decor.
My family ordered a cheese pizza for the kids which they devoured. It had a little hint of garlic butter on the crust. The remaining picks were slices and they were all to die for. I personally recommend the Birria Slice.
Solar Slice Pizza successfully combines quality ingredients with a friendly atmosphere, the owner Zach has not only made a great pizza but a family friendly environment. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the experience is consistently enjoyable.

Drove about an hour to try this place. We were able to get right in with plenty of parking. Absolutely love their social media presence and the fun nature of their videos. Love the use of technology to place our order. Disappointed when the screen pops to a tip. Just to be clear I left a nice tip. We place our own order, get our own drinks and walk up to pick up our food. I basically did everything a server would have done. We had the cupped pepperoni and sausage with hot honey. The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great.definitely worth a try!

Honest review as a New Yorker. I ordered two slices: regular cheese and Cup N’ Char Hot Honey. The regular cheese was extremely thin and overcooked, even though I never selected well-done when ordering. The sauce is really good and the flavor was spot on. The Cup N’ Char Hot Honey slice was my favorite, great flavors. We also ordered the garlic knots, which were excellent, and the lemon pepper wings, which were really good too. Overall, I wouldn’t drive out of my way for their pizza, but it was still pretty good.
