Solar Slice Pizza is hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a friendly atmosphere and outstanding customer service. The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. Every ingredient tastes fresh, high-quality, and carefully selected. The sauce has the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, and the cheese is rich, melty, and absolutely delicious. Whether you're ordering a classic favorite or one of their specialty pizzas, every bite is packed with flavor. It's clear that Solar Slice takes pride in every pizza they make. I've tried pizza all over the country, and nothing compares to Solar Slice. If you're looking for incredible taste, quality ingredients, and a great overall experience, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves pizza. Solar Slice Pizza has set the standard for what great pizza should be! 10/10 — I'll definitely be coming back again and again! 🍕🔥

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solar Slice Pizza is the real deal. A lot of places say they have great pizza, but this place actually delivers. The slices are huge, the crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the flavor is always on point. You can tell they take pride in what they’re making. What really sets them apart is the experience. The staff remembers you, treats you like a regular, and makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. That kind of customer service is hard to find anymore. Even when there’s a wait, it’s worth it. Good food takes time, and Solar Slice proves that. The atmosphere, the people, and the quality of the pizza make it a place you actually want to come back to. If you’re anywhere near Marietta and haven’t tried Solar Slice yet, you’re missing out. This is how pizza should be done

Every Thursday brings another bike night; which I regularly attend! The hot honey za' is absolutely my favorite! This is the only pizza place that makes pizza like how I remember (key word: remember) Chuck-e-cheese's pizza as a kid. It's nostalgic to me, and is a great place to be any given day of the week. The pizza is genuinely amazing, and much higher quality than what I compare it to above! This is a SMALL (very small) business, ran by purely passionate people. It's a pleasure to even have an alternative to these overly-common hipster/designer pizza restaurants in the area. Same taste, for a bigger pie. Let alone a common hangout spot for the local moto groups. Sometimes we just want a normal friggin pie without artichoke, or some other bs topping. From one Zack to another Zach, you're killing it dawg!

The pizza used to be good until Portnoy came and reviewed them, gave them a great score and then after that, it seems like they couldn't keep up. Ordered pizza to take out one night and It was barely warm when they gave it to me. We ordered garlic knots and they were delicious the first time and second time and then pretty bad the last time we ordered. We bought two orders of garlic knots +2 pizzas plus extra marinara and garlic sauce. This is one of the nights that their dollar exchanger didn't work. So we just had to sit there and wait on our pizza for almost an hour and do nothing. So, when we got our pizzas, both of them were very, very dark on one side and very light on the other and the knots were hard. . I brought my grandkids and I'm thankful that they are good kids. It's hard to spend so much money for mediocre pie. It WAS delicious but something changed in the last month. I just don't think they could keep up with the demand after the good review. Consistently is key. Sometimes you go in and there's lots of employees and other times we've been in and there were only a couple of people. I HOPE they do better and catch up with business.

I'm not usually one to write reviews about places; however, I feel the need to make an exception for this restaurant. While I understand small businesses like Solar Slice are usually understaffed, the amount of time I waited for my food was absurd. I came in at 9 pm and ordered their Detroit style pizza and paid just shy of $23. I then waited in my car, periodically going in to check on the status of my order. At around 9:30, I went in and asked about the status of my order, and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Around 10 minutes later, I go inside and wait for them to call my name. At 9:49, I receive a text that says my order is ready. I can see that my pizza had been removed from the oven, and one of the employees let me know that they are about to box up my pizza. At this point, I was already somewhat annoyed at the fact that I had waited nearly 50 minutes for my food, and it was only just now ready. However, that was not the end of my wait. It took another 15 minutes for them to just box up my pizza and give it to me. During that time, I was standing near the pickup area, waiting. When I did finally receive my pizza, it could barely even be called warm. This is not a review criticizing the employees who were working tonight, as they were never rude and were clearly being swamped by food delivery pickups, which bogged them down. This review is criticizing a problem that has persisted with this restaurant. The last time I visited this restaurant, I had the exact same issue. An extremely long wait for a pizza that took so much time, it was nearly worth it to leave to go somewhere else, and that's exactly what I would have done if I had not spent $23 on a pizza. I can't remember the last time I walked out of a restaurant genuinely upset. I truly wanted to give this restaurant another chance, as I am all for supporting local small businesses. However, this is one business that will no longer see my support. I never want to step foot in this restaurant again after tonight. My expectations were already low for a restaurant that uses AI to generate images for its menu, but I still left disappointed.
