    I understand that you are hosting World Cup events, and I know that can be very challenging. However, the manager, Patricio, never resolved my issue and consistently treated my table with disrespect. He never came back to check on us or provided good service. He also seemed to treat his coworkers with an attitude of superiority. I apologize for leaving such a negative comment, but I truly believe this situation needs to be addressed immediately.

    Comida muito boa Na nova administração ficou melhor Ambiente muito bom Mas o serviço algumas vezes não foi tão bom… o atendente GABRIEL sempre é grosso com os clientes, você pede algo a ele e ele diz que não tem ou vira as costas, não dá atenção para cliente, toda a nossa mesa ficou decepcionada com o serviço dele na última vez que fomos para assistir o jogo do Brasil. Espero que isso melhore para as próximas vezes!

    Well normally this place is great and I have reviewed im the past. I just left and was told there was no sesting for 1 person as all the tables inside were reserved. I was then told I can eat outside which at all ypu can eat doesn't make sense since you have to go in and out through the front door. So maybe the new management will see this and understand the frustration. They could have seated me at the end of a table and I would have been fine with that. I just find the irony in new management and better service sign and this happens.

In addition to the quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere, the warm and attentive customer service truly stands out, making guests feel welcomed and valued. I would also like to recognize Patrick for his outstanding professionalism. He is always friendly, courteous, helpful, and genuinely attentive to customers’ needs. His positive attitude and dedication make a real difference, and he certainly deserves recognition. In my opinion, he deserves a perfect 10! Congratulations to the entire team for a job well done. I will certainly continue visiting Rio Steakhouse & Bakery and recommending it to friends and family.     I went here about a month ago with friends. While we were eating, the power went out because of heavy rain. We completely understand that situations like this happen and that it was not necessarily the restaurant’s fault. However, the way the staff handled the situation was terrible. The power was out for around 30 minutes and never came back on, so we decided to leave. This is supposed to be an all-you-can-eat churrasco restaurant, yet each of us had only eaten about three slices of meat total before the outage happened. Despite this, the restaurant initially tried to charge us full price. We explained multiple times that this was unreasonable considering how little we ate, and asked for at least a 50% discount or more. The manager kept insisting we had eaten much more than we actually did, repeatedly accusing us of having two plates of meat each, which was completely false. The whole interaction became an unnecessary argument back and forth. Eventually we still ended up paying $21 each despite barely eating anything. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, false accusations from management, and no effort to handle the situation fairly. Would not recommend.
