- JBJessie BrownieAug 8, 20261.0Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue over the last few months so I hope it actually gets addressed. Our pizza said delivered and nothing had arrived. I waited 15 minutes and then called to make sure everything was okay for the delivery. I was told it was just about to be to our house. 45 minutes later I called back and was immediately hung up on as soon as she heard it was me on the line. I called right back and she picked up but pretended to not hear my end of the line (she kept responding with "Hello...? Hello....?" even though I knew she could hear me). Hung up on me again. Wild behavior when I just wanted a quick update on ETA after an hour. I was nothing but courteous and honestly was okay waiting for the pizza. I've worked in the service industry, things happen. I wasn't okay with the lying and hanging up on a customer. Again, this doesn't look like the only complaint of this type in these reviews. Hopefully it changes. But if it hasn't changed in months, I don't know if it will unfortunately.

While their entire staff goes above and beyond. Plus Danielle deserves to be a district manager and essentially own Pizza Hut franchises.
