- AAAslonz1 day ago5.0The food was fantastic. A little loud. You should know there is a lower level where you can find parking. Took me too long to figure that out. The tortillas were amazing but the chips were meh. It was like there was no salt on them and they were very thin and oily. Other than that, it was a great experience and the food was outstanding. Id recommend making a reservation. We had a reservation for a big party and they were late getting to us by about 20 min. So if youre hungry maybe bring a snack.

NOT AS WE ORDERED IT!!! I ordered the Steak Nachos, no beans or lettuce, meat, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, etc in the same bowl with chips on the side. It was too much to even type in the review as to how wrong my food was. My husband order a different dish. I do not remember er the name of it. His shrimp & steak were not cooked well at all. He asked for guacamole, sour cream on the side. Again, they did what they wanted to do at this store. I do not want to say too much as to bash this location, but I will say that I will NOT visit this store again. Each time I dined here the food was WRONG!!! Too much money has been waisted on food that is never made the way it is ordered.

Our bartender and server, Jordan, provided exceptional customer service—he was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Jordan collaborated with the chef to accommodate us. Very impressed and highly recommended!
- HTHONESTLY TRULY5 days ago5.0Papasitos Cantina absolutely exceeded our expectations! 🌟🌮🔥 The food was AMAZING—everything was hot, flavorful, fresh, and came out quickly. The fajitas were incredible, and the bacon-wrapped shrimp was cooked to PERFECTION. The flavor and temperature were exactly right! Ughh the Ribs were divine we literally ate them off the bone, and the desert was the best! They also make the flour tortillas fresh right in front of you at the restaurant. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10+!! But the service? 100% and then some! Justin was EVERYTHING and MORE! 🙌🏽 He kept our glasses full, constantly checked on us, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire visit—even while managing two large tables of his own. That kind of service deserves recognition! The manager, Stacy, was just as wonderful. She was incredibly sweet, checked on us personally, and remained visible throughout the restaurant to make sure everything was running smoothly and that anyone who needed her could find her. THAT is what great management looks like! 👏🏽 Honestly, more restaurants, managers, and staff should take notes from Papasitos Cantina. EVERYTHING was truly TOP TIER—from the food to the service to the management. ❤️ We had an amazing experience and will absolutely be back. I HIGHLY recommend Papasitos Cantina if you’re looking for delicious food, great energy, and exceptional customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- MEMelissa EllisonAug 6, 20265.0Went tonight for the first time with some friends and everything was delicious. Jasmine was our server and she absolutely rocked it. She was very informative about the drinks and recommended the watermelon margarita. It was delicious. I enjoyed the grilled quail thst came with rice and beans. I went with a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals. Only complaint was that the tables are small for the amout of platters you get. We had to do a lot of shuffling and stacking to fit everything. But that did not affect our wonderful service or delicious food. 😋
