  We celebrated mother's day early with party of 15. We don't mind spending the money but the waitress barely come back to check in us. We have to constantly get up to ask for tortillas, water n chips. Not only that server should disclose tip was added to the bills versus getting double tips especially not getting the service. It would be worth it if we were well taken care of. Very disappointed especially been to the restaurant >20x. Guacamole was super salty n spicy. Questions was too diluted. Fajitas meat wasn't well marinated. So papasito will no longer be on our list.

  I have no idea what happened but did you all go downhill? I haven’t been a few years excited to come back and the service was terrible. The server was unprofessional, took forever to check on our table. Took close to 45 minutes for food then after receiving the food the drink order came which was placed before the food . Once we were almost ready to leave the waiter then decided to bring water. Food was good used to be 10/10 but it’s more 7/10 . We were seated near the door and when asked to move our seat all of the empty seats were denied to us. Over all rather order online if I do. I describe the server I don’t want to get him in trouble please just have a team meeting for overall conduct

  As always an amazing time. The food is always fresh and delicious. Our server CJ was nice and good. He just didn't have the usual enthusiasm the wait staff usually has. The mariachi band made up for that! It was great to have live music. I beg and plead with the Pappasittos chain to bring one to the southern side of GA. Fayetteville would be excellent then I could go more than once or twice a year!!!

  It's been a long time since I've been to Pappasito's but after a few trips to Texas I brought the family by and it did not disappoint. Everything fresh from the tortillas to chips to the guacamole fresco. The fajitas were to die for whether you get the steak the chicken the shrimp or the seafood. Portions were still good size and The taste was exactly as I remembered! The service was exemplary, special shout out to Sean who took care of us tonight. We will absolutely be back!

  The food at Pappasito’s is consistently good—the flavors are exactly what you’d expect and never disappoint. However, there are two areas where the experience could definitely be improved: 1. **The Table Size:** the tables are extremely small for the amount of food and drinks served. Once the chips, salsa, drinks, and entrees arrive, the table feels super busy and cramped. It makes it hard to actually relax and enjoy the meal when you're constantly shuffling plates around just to find space. 2. **Service Pacing:** While the staff is attentive, it felt a bit rushed. I think the waiters could give guests a little more of a break between courses. It would be nice to have a moment to breathe, enjoy our drinks, and have a good time without feeling like the next thing is being pushed onto the table immediately. Great spot for a meal, but a little more "breathing room" both on the table and from the service would make it a much better experience.
