Relatively pricey ($19 for a margarita in a glass full of ice and very little drink). Good food and drink, but more expensive than I would expect. Atmosphere was nice, good service. Closes at 9pm on weekdays, so don't plan a late evening. I saw people arrive after the doors were locked.

The ultimate feast! Pappasito’s never disappoints! This combo platter had it all: a perfectly crispy taco, a tender, flavorful tamale, and a deliciously cheesy enchilada, all served with classic refried beans and rice. Everything was super fresh and bursting with authentic flavor. Top-tier experience!

We had an amazing experience at Pappasito’s in Marietta! A special thank you to our waitress, Courtney, for providing exceptional service. She was absolutely incredible! She was handling several large parties while still giving our table the same attention and care. She greeted us before she even reached our table as we walked by while being seated, which immediately stood out. Throughout our visit, Courtney consistently checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. This was honestly the most attentive service we have received here. Courtney went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and great attitude. Thank you, Courtney, we appreciate you! 💙

The food was good but the Service was horrible. We have been coming here for the past 8 years when in Atlanta for the summer. There were many employees standing Around doing nothing while only few were working hard. We sat with empty drink glasses for 10 minutes and finally flagged down a bus boy to get us a refill. For every one employee actually working there were 3 doing nothing but standing around chatting. Every time we come the place is normally packed. Not today. The restaurant was less than half full and the World Cup game is in Atlanta tomorrow as well as 360 baseball teams for the 16u WWBA tournament. They definitely need new management.

Systemic hygiene issues, slow service, and zero management accountability. Avoid. I used to rave about this place, but after today, I won’t be back. I brought a friend here specifically to treat them to a great meal, and the entire experience was a disaster. First, the bar service was incredibly slow—it took a ridiculously long time just to get a drink. But the real breaking point was when a hair was found inside my friend’s food. What makes this completely unacceptable is that a few months ago, the exact same thing happened to us at their sister restaurant, Pappadeaux in Lawrenceville. For two restaurants under the same parent company to have the same exact hygiene failure tells me that Pappas Restaurants has a serious, systemic issue with basic kitchen cleanliness and food prep standards. Are hair restraints even monitored in these kitchens? To top it off, management completely ghosted us. While the server quietly took the plate away and took it off the bill, no manager ever bothered to come to our table to offer an apology or address the issue. It was just silently swept under the rug. Sending contaminated food back entirely ruins a meal. Between the terrible service, the lack of management accountability, and the repeated stomach-turning hygiene issues across their brands, this place has gone completely downhill.
