  The food was excellent. I tried the Gatorade bites and the sauce was amazingly balanced between sweet and spicy. The catfish was delightful and full of flavor. The Cesar salad was 4/10 for me. It had this sour taste that I only can describe as "Wet socks ". The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff have great customer service. The mangers were exceptional. With a party of 13 we only had a 30 minute wait. Thank you for your service for Iwill be a returning customer.

  I've been here several times for for food and drinks are always good but today is service was really slow. We had about an hour wait to sit. Only got one round of soft drinks. Took over an hour for the food to arrive to the table. We had a party of like 15. Hoping this is just a one-off 8 out of 10. Highly recommend. Don't think people will be disappointed about the food

  Food was trash. Server was nice though. It was a long wait for the food to be nasty. Everything besides the dip was cold. Also the girl at the bar swiped my card for someone else’s drink. The manager lied to me said I was going to get a refund for it and still haven’t got it back on my card yet. Drove from TN to celebrate for the weekend and ended up disappointed. Will never return again. Not worth the hype.

  Had reservations for Mother’s Day so I expected It to be busy, but waiting 45 minutes to get seated tells me you guys or unorganized or just very low staff , also if you have a shellfish allergy don’t waste you’re time coming here had to get chicken tenders oven grilled which took almost two hours for three pieces of chicken, one of the managers did comp the meal out but it’s still ridiculous to have to wait that long

  I placed a to go order for $206.33 and I didn’t receive all of my items. They forgot my daughter‘s meal. I called the restaurant to tell them what they missed and asked for a refund for the portion that they forgot. The manager I spoke to was very rude and did not want to give me a refund even though they had missed an entire meal in my order. My daughter‘s meal was $16.95 with tax that would’ve equaled roughly $20. She argued with me, then reluctantly offered a gift card for $16.95! I had just spent over $200 for a family meal. She tried to offer nothing to cover the tax on a whole meal we didn’t receive but paid for. Not only was I forced to find my daughter something else to eat, but I was lowkey being treated as if I was the inconvenience when Pappadeux was inconveniencing me and my family by not simply checking the ticket and ensuring all meals were in the bag. We went back and forth. It was insane that she felt the need to penny pinch so hard when they screwed up our order. She finally agreed to $20 gift card, but not without consequence. This happened 4/3/26. Today is 5/6/26. We never received the gift card. It upsets me that I had to go through so much to get a refund, only to not receive it. I don’t like getting squeezed and cheated out of money and disregarded as if my experience doesn’t matter. Pappadeux was a staple for us. We regularly place orders for $200 and $300 because our family is quite large. I don’t know why they’re so hard up for cash and cheating customers, but this is not the same place we grew to love.
