  Quality was typical papa John’s, but service is terrible. No excuse to treat people unkindly. Also they took upon themselves to take my change and just walk to the back of the store… it was cents, but at least give the option to tip.

  Great staff the lady there was very nice and helpful and she was the only one there! My pizza was hot and ready to go! Good service from the only lady there! Will be back soon.

  Extremely disappointed. We’ve ordered from here regularly, but our most recent pizza arrived with a slice missing. The driver didn’t knock, and the food appeared tampered with. When we tried to resolve this, the staff left us on hold for 15+ minutes, forcing us to call twice to get any help. Food safety and customer service both failed today. You just lost a loyal customer.

  Ordered my food two hours in advance to be delivered for 8:30 because I'm at work and have a certain lunch time. Called after it was already past 830 and was told it was just being put in the over. My food did not get there till 930 as I'm going back to work. When I called I talked to the night manager and all he said was well it was a rush okay but I ordered ahead how does someone coming in after my order get there's before me? He had an attitude no remorse or anything he just said oh I have to get back to work. No regards to anything did not try to fix it was told you can get a refund and we stop your order. Why do you order ahead to have it at a certain time when no one cares anyway? Then the food came cold and old like it literally been ready and sitting. But I was told it was just being made. Overall if you order from there go in person watch your own food.

  I ordered online for pickup at the Powder Springs Marietta Location on 02/25 last night and was very disappointed by the lack of basic food‑safety practices. Both employees were handling cheese, toppings, and uncooked pizzas with bare hands, then touching the cash register, counters, and even their glasses without washing their hands. Their hands had visible food debris, and they went right back to preparing food. When I asked why they weren’t wearing gloves, I was told it “wasn’t required,” which is unacceptable for ready‑to‑eat food. I requested a refund and left without eating, and was told it would take 5–7 days to receive my money back. This experience made me seriously question the hygiene standards at this location.
