The pizza is always going to be burnt there's no way around it they also have a horrible manager named Chandler who says that the pizza is made on a conveyor belt so that's why it is always burnt and he has no way of controlling that. He also has zero intentions on trying to fix any issues he has with customer service or his bad burnt pizza. I got delivering and had to pay extra money in an Uber to go back to the store for an additional burnt pizza actually two bar pizzas this is unacceptable especially for someone who absolutely loves Papa John's and just wants a basic cheese pizza. These employees need to be retrained on how to properly make a pizza which I assume is not that hard especially now that it's made on the conveyor belt which is insane.

- EJErin JonesMay 20, 20263.0This is by far the SLOWEST Papa John’s store I’ve been to. The service is poor due to lack of workers. I’ve been to this store a few times within the past few weeks and had the SAME experience. When you walk in, you’re not greeted, YOU have to speak to them and get their attention before they care to recognize you, then you have to wait longer than your pick up time because they’re busy, with no extra help. A simple greeting to acknowledge the customers and let them know you will be right with them would be better than walking in and no one saying anything, just continuing to work. This is NOT the Papa John’s I’m used to.
