About an hour before the scheduled delivery, Nicholas called to let us know that no DoorDash drivers were accepting the order and asked if we could pick it up instead. When we arrived, we realized he was the only one there making all 25 of our pizzas by himself. Despite being swamped and helping other customers at the same time, Nicholas was incredibly kind, professional, and even helped us carry everything out. He handled a tough situation with a great attitude. I do wish the store had better staffing so the entire burden didn’t fall on him, but he went above and beyond given the circumstances.

But Ryan the employee that was in charge When I came in was exceptional. He was professional, polite, engaging and enthusiastic about his job. Honestly, the kind of employee that any business would be lucky to have. Wish I had a picture of the pizza to post as well.. but I ate it.

They get the toppings right (almost always), but other things wrong, like the amount of cheese, how the pizza is cut, and how well the pizza is baked. (This last order they got all 3 wrong.) The food always tastes good, but it's not always the way I ordered it. If you're going to order from them, make sure you emphasize anything that's non-standard about your order, and don't expect them to get it right.
