- EBEJ BürkleJun 13, 20261.0Came in as a delivery driver to pick up an order and immediately noticed a problem — one of the side dish items (a plastic food tray slid into a cardboard sleeve) had a sleeve so bent and warped that the food inside was completely visible. No seal. No closure. Just open food sitting exposed. And beyond the inconvenience, this seems like a food safety issue. We’re talking about a fork-ready dish, not a pizza, this cheap cardboard container leaves food exposed during transit with zero protective barrier. Asked the front counter employee for a replacement sleeve. Simple request. Instead he brushed it off with “they’re kind of just like that” and tried to seal the damaged one with a sticker. When the replacement he reluctantly provided still had a gap, he got argumentative with me, telling me he “just got me one” like I was inconveniencing him. I didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t escalate. I stacked a second box over it myself and left. The packaging alone suggests a supply and quality control problem worth flagging, especially for non-pizza items with no other protection. The attitude from the employee is a separate problem entirely. This is a corporate location. This is inexcusable. Do better.
