- MSMichelle SMay 7, 20262.0I used to come to this location a couple times a month. I happened to stop by today and was pretty shocked at how dirty this location is. The doors going in and out of the store look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. I noticed areas behind the counter didn’t look great either. The bathroom was the worst! I mentioned the bathroom to an employee and she answered with, “yes, ma’am. I’m sorry.” She didn’t say anything about doing anything about it. Needless to say, I ended up ordering from a different restaurant

When my order was called as ready, several items were missing. One item also had to be changed because it was unavailable, even though the system showed there were still some left. In addition, the coffee station was empty and I had to ask staff to refill it. It then took quite a long time before coffee became available again. The overall quality of the food was also disappointing. The sandwiches were already cold when served. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standard I usually expect.

When I got to the coffee station, both the dark roast and hazelnut were empty, and there was no half-and-half available either. The floor near the coffee station was sticky—you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned. The place started to get busier, and by the time I finally got my coffee, the food was already cold. It would be understandable if the place had been packed, but it wasn’t.
