  This location needs to have its online hours adjusted because I'm tired of getting there anytime between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. after I get off work and being told that their system is down so they can't take orders. If the store is not going to be open, it doesn't need to be listed as open. I especially don't appreciate being able to place an order online only to get there, wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes going unacknowledged, andd then only told when I pull up to the window to get someone's attention that their system is down so they are "closed for approximately an hour." The fact that I can cancel the order and get my money refunded is not the issue, the fact that I can place the order and not receive my food at all is the issue.

  I’m just being honest this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever stopped at. Cheeseburger was burnt and the fries weren’t cooked long enough, Diet Coke didn’t have enough syrup. Stopped here at 10pm since it was right off the highway on a road trip.

  They told me that they didn't have my pies ready that it was going to take 10 minutes so I waited for 20 minutes in front of the drive-thru window and they didn't tell me anything. I woke up to the drive-thru window and they tell me that they didn't have the pies that I wanted. I asked why didn't you tell me that 20 minutes ago when you told me to wait 10 minutes. They said that they didn't know they didn't have it. I parked right in front of the drive-thru window and these employees watch me wait there for 20 minutes right in front of their window and never bothered to go and tell me that they didn't have the thing that they asked me 20 minutes ago to wait 10 minutes to get it

  I placed an order for pickup yesterday, and upon arriving at the restaurant, I discovered that the lobby was locked. I proceeded to knock on the drive-through window, but no one responded. After a moment, I tapped on the window again, and eventually, one of the employees came to the window. She then stated, 'We're gonna get to you when I get to you.' I explained to her that l am a customer who had placed an online order for pickup and that I should not be standing in the drive-through line on my feet, as this poses a liability to other vehicles. I also mentioned that I would not have placed an online order if I intended to stand on my feet waiting for my food. The employee responded with a rude remark, expressing indifference towards my concerns, and proceeded to behave with a rude attitude. I requested to speak with a manager, but she slammed the window in my face. The manager then approached, asked for the name on my order, and told me to meet her at the door. It appeared that the manager did not address the misconduct of her employee adequately. I have had previous positive interactions with this manager, where she was genuinely kind and professional. She performed her duties effectively, and I was satisfied with her actions. Nonetheless, I believe that the employee working at the drive-through window should not be in direct contact with customers in such a manner. My suggestion is that she be assigned to the back to prevent further negative impacts on your business.
