  Ive been to a lot of McDonald's and dont expect anything other than for it to be quick, fully cooked food and be able to get my ordered drink. I have never been to a location that undercooked fries, had customers waiting 25+ minutes and then telling them they cant make their coffee (for an undisclosed reason) or that their fountains drinks are completely out and all they have are tea and water or black coffee... this is unacceptably poor sad service from a fast food location

  Despues de hacer mi orden 25 minutos despues me dicen que no hay lo que pedi y eso por que yo tuve que preguntar mal servicio muy lentos no tenian filas en el drive y aun asi duraron 30 min para entregar mi pedido... y la chica que estaba en el drive al verme tanto tiempo aqui le dijo al compañero de manera grosera que era lo que yo tanto esperaba... para nunca mas volver a este lugar.. y para terminar espere 40 minutos me dieron bebidas que sabian agua y la comida estaba fria..

  McDonald's, I think it's time to bring AI robots into this store... had to wait over 25 mins to get my order, that ended up being wrong. Sounds like there's 10 plus employees in the back but their main concern today was a bad review they got for somebody twerking ... I don't know if it's leadership or training or poorly raised humans but please bring in the robots

  If the employees that put orders together for the drive through don't want to lose their jobs to automation and machines, then I suggest they get the order right. It's literally not that complicated. Ordered some cheese burgers and TWO large fries. Only received one large fry. Just stealing money from people, which I assume happens multiple times a day.

  I Have ordered and went to this place multiple times now, trying to give them a chance and every single time I get a coffee, I get a large iced caramel coffee with extra caramel, they never and I mean NEVER put what I ask for, they charge extra for caramel and I paid extra. Why is it NOT in my drink??? Also paid $20 for the entire order so for me to not get everything I asked is absolutely unacceptable . I don’t understand why I have to pay AT LEAST $20 and still not get what I asked for. DO NOT TO HERE
