Coming from CT, working in NYC and growing up on Long Island, we are use to certain things. Pizza and Meatballs Parm is a goto on Friday nights. I can honestly say, without trying to be to critical, that was the worst Meatball Parm I have ever had. The Meatballs were 90 percent bread crumbs with a dash of meat, I will show the picture. The bread for the hero was mushy, not put in the oven to warm and crisp to melt the cheese. Disappointed. The white pie showed up cold and was actually rubbery. I dont get it. At 60 years old, well traveled and someone who can be pretty tolerant of different ways pies and meatball parms are made,how did you sell this to me? I guess when people dont know any different, this is normal and ok. CMON GUYS, do better. Hopefully this is a one off.

This location should ensure that all customers are treated equally, regardless of race. On 4/3/26 around 6:00 PM, the gentleman distributing orders treated me noticeably differently from Caucasian customers. He assisted a male Caucasian customer before helping me, even though I had been waiting longer and was clearly visible. When he finally acknowledged me, he asked if I was there for a pickup—something he did not ask the previous customers, whom he instead asked for their last names. Additionally, he offered both customers extra seasonings and sauces, but when handing me my order, he did not ask if I needed anything and quickly walked away. I had to stop him to request additional items myself. It’s 2026—customers should not be treated differently. While this location is closer to my home, I will be driving to the Sandy Springs location moving forward.
