  A lot of "we're very sorry's" on here from most.Crazy a JJ can be trash just from service. I was just about to go there for the $8.99 special but changed my mind and gonna pay $2 more at jersey Mike's, knowing im going to get good quick service along with quality. Mgmt, work on your employees. You already got the goods.

  Easily the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to, but I keep coming back so I give it four stars. One time I went through the drive through and the guy at the window actively talked me out of ordering and I went to the Zaxby's up the street instead. It was a novel experience, which reenforces the four stars. The employees of this joint feels like Davy Jone's crew from the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean film in how they seem locked into service via nautical curse. Love the bread though.

  I waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes and left without any food--there were only three cars and this isn't the first time I've waited that long. I don't know what's going on at the store but it's faster to go buy the ingredients and make the sandwich yourself.

  I’ve been coming to this Jimmys since I moved here 5 years ago, and have never been treated like I was today. Came in at 1pm to order a sub to go. Nobody working acknowledged me waiting at the counter. 5+ minutes later I was asked if I am waiting on a pick up order. I stated no, I am waiting to order. I was told that I have an attitude and that I have to wait. I’ve already been having a rough morning, so being told by an employee that I have an attitude almost made me cry. I left the counter wishing them a a good day, and was told as I was walking out again that I have an attitude. I left and cried in my car. I’ve never been spoken to like that and I am honestly scared to come back to this location.
