- EEEstherJul 25, 20261.0Order was made incorrectly. Asked for a remake - staff refused and said they needed manager approval. Fine. Except the manager was nowhere on site and could only be reached by phone. So I’m standing there waiting while they make a phone call just to handle a basic remake request. Manager initially said no anyway. When I asked for a refund, I was told no one in the building had the credentials to process one. How are you running a restaurant where your entire staff can’t resolve a simple order issue or process a refund? No accountability, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. Eventually got a remake after further escalation - but that’s not the point. Corporate complaint has been filed. Save yourself the frustration.
