  Ordered a toasted tuna sub with no cucumber and hot peppers — simple order, you’d think. After waiting for about 10 minutes in the drive-thru, I took my food back to my office for lunch and discovered I’d been given a turkey sub with no tomatoes … not even remotely close to what I ordered. Sad. I’d recommend the Publix up the road if you’re looking for a sandwich made to order correctly. I hate slamming JJ’s because I grew up on it … but this sucked.

  Worst experience of my life. Ordered food at 5:00 PM it’s not 7:37 PM and I don’t have my order still! Called and was friendly and was told 3 hours ago that they ran out of bread and then called again 20 minutes ago and was told they lied and they were never out of bread so they had no idea what I was talking about. Most unfriendly, rude, horrendous staff and management I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I spend thousands of dollars a week for my work at jimmy johns and I never write reviews but I couldn’t help it. This is the most insane thing I’ve ever seen in my life and for the employees to just say yeah don’t really care. Like straight up say they DONT CARE! WHAT?!update. Out for delivery almost 3 hours later

  I would love to be able to leave 0 star. Horrible drive through service. Waited more than 8 min sitting in front of the menu. After multiple attempts from me to communicate,they finally replied. Never going to this location again.

  Every time I've gone to this location my order has been made incorrectly. I thought I would give this place another shot after receiving a promotional code that was a mistake. My order was made incorrectly after getting assurances from the staff that they read the ticket as I had made it online. In addition to that the bread was undercooked. Jimmy John's corporate doesn't care either. I will no longer be patronizing any Jimmy John's establishment.

  I’ve been stopping here regularly on Sundays that we go take care of family. Wait has ALWAYS been long. So, today I placed my order a good distance away so it would hopefully be ready. I mean “freaky fast” and all. I love the unwich, so I keep going back. Placed order at 1:12 PM. Arrived at 1:16 PM. Drive thru around the building. Not a good sign. It’s 1:33 PM. They just pulled my ticket after asking my name and me standing here looking at the pick up since arrival at 1:23 PM. Put my ticket in 3rd in the line up. THIRD - I ordered 20 minutes ago. One guy walking around sweeping and bitching about customers then but hint about they need to close and just let us prep for like 30 minutes. One guy goes to the back and the other stands at DT window looking lost. Nobody making sandwiches with 5 tickets on the board. Tickets KEEP spitting out of the machine. Finally come back to making sandwiches. Same guy still bitching. One guy looking lost and one guy that went back seems focused on making sandwiches. He asks my name again. (Guy who is bitching) “Oh, yeah, I put that on the board.” I’m still third. Finally got my single sandwich at 1:40 PM. Order on the app, they say. No line, no wait, they say. Guess it will be Jersey Mike’s on these future trips.
