However, she should also have additional help. Every time I visit, she is working by herself, and no matter how great someone is at their job, they shouldn’t have to handle everything alone every day. Monica deserves both recognition for her hard work and the support of additional staff.

I keep trying to go back every few months to see if it has gotten better and it has not. Arrogant employees, horrible service, cant even make a sandwich correctly at a sandwich shop. I drive 15mins past this JJ's to a different location that actually treats its customers well. I have no clue how this location stays in business..
