  Horrible sandwiches, they never follow instructions, they never TOAST the sandwiches no matter if you request it, sandwiches have no lettuce nor onions or other items advertised. They miss items and send you the wrong salad. I have never had issues with the Austell JJ. Never ordering from this place again.

  Horrible food. You order toasted, they never toast. You order bowtie, they give you potato. Totally disappointed. Never again buying here.

  Always one girl working very hard in this store she never has any help! Where is her help? Manager for store? You should be in here to help her! Regional Manager where are you? This is the 3rd time I have been in here with one person working! This is also a security issue!

  Placed my order at 8:13 PM. Google says open until 9 PM. Rude employee said they closed at 8Pm and then locked the door. Billed me for the order. Despicable. Do not go here. Your corporate headquarters will find out about this and they will know what employee this was. Shame on you.
