  The JJ’s website states that this location closes at 9pm. When I arrived at 8:15pm, the door was locked and the guy inside was waving his arms signaling they were closed. Maybe the Corp Office didn’t get the memo that this location closes earlier than 9pm.

  Bad business decision to not have drivers. To have your sandwich wait for an Uber to be delivered is not acceptable. Its no longer fast service.

  Placed an online order at 7:30 and it open until 9:00 pm according to the website and Google profile . Received a call that they are out of bread and they cannot fulfill my order . Closed early

  Didn't realize they outsource delivery to uber eats now it's been a while since I ordered from here. They used to be freaky fast but it's about 1-2 hours for delivery now.

  WALKED IN THE RESUTURANT STOOD AT HE CASH REGISTER TO HAVE MY ORDER TAKEN, THAT TOOK ABOUT 6 MINS, TO ONLY BE GREETED WITH HEAD JUSTER, NO HELLO NO WELCOME , THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD A EAR PIECE IN ONE EAR HANGING FROM HIS EAR, SEEM TO BE ON THE PHONE , WAITED FOR MY SANDWICH, WHEN IT CAME OUT I ASKED WHERE ARE THE CUPS, I HAD A COMBO TO ONLY BE ARGUED DOWN THAT I DIDNT SAY COMBO AND I SAID NO TO A DRINK , ( HIS WORDS ) MY CO WORKER EVER TOLD THE GUY THAT HE SAID COMBO. I SAID THAT IF YOU DIDNT HAVE THAT EAR PIECE IN YOUR EAR THEN MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE HEARD MY ORDER CORRECTLY , HE NEVER OFER ME A CUP AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SEEM TO BE A PREJUDICE PERSON AS WELL, AS I WALKED OUT I ASKED THE GUY CAN I TALK TO A MGR AND WITH A SMART GRIN HE REPLIED IM THE MGR, HIS NAME WAS JOSHUA I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN TO A PLACE THAT ALLOW PEOPLE TO TREAT THERE VALUED CUSTOMERS THAT WAY
