However, it is disappointing the lack of attention they give to order details as far as what I request be added or removed. This happens the MAJORITY of the time I order delivery. SUCKS when I am paying for it and still don't get what I asked for. Starting to think someone can't read.

Earlier today I ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup. I checked in and parked and my food was never brought to me after a 10-minute wait. I eventually had to leave because I had an appointment. I called back to ask for a refund, and he accused me of “wanting free food.” When I asked if he would please at least leave a note for the day manager so I would not have to call back, he said, “Listen, I have a store to run.” The audacity to tell me his main concern was looking out for his job. With that kind of attitude and lack of professionalism, he should not be the manager. I’m extremely disappointed. I will be calling corporate, and I will never go to this store again!!!!
