  sandwich was disgusting. i ordered a BLT with everything on it NO PICKLES. then i wait about 39 minutes or so for my sandwich which i ordered with NO PICKLES!! this is the monstrosity i received and payed my cold hard money for

  Just spoke to a “manager” named JP at the Marietta store, who was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Earlier today I ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup. I checked in and parked and my food was never brought to me after a 10-minute wait. I eventually had to leave because I had an appointment. I called back to ask for a refund, and he accused me of “wanting free food.” When I asked if he would please at least leave a note for the day manager so I would not have to call back, he said, “Listen, I have a store to run.” The audacity to tell me his main concern was looking out for his job. With that kind of attitude and lack of professionalism, he should not be the manager. I’m extremely disappointed. I will be calling corporate, and I will never go to this store again!!!!

  Ordered my favorite Toasted Italian Sub, horrible!!! The meat tasted old & worn out. The 2nd sandwich Toasted Bacon Chicken Ranch, looked like they put a jar or mayo on it...Messy & sloppy!! Yuck 🤢 Apparently they didn't take the same classes as those employees on Hwy 92, because they're sandwiches looks like a masterpiece, and made with love!!

  I will report to the health department if a doordash driver makes my drink again. Disgust. The driver told me y'all don't make them y'all expect them to. Im letting you all know if something doesn't change . I will contact the health department

  Arrived 9:15, closes at 10. I saw the guy run away from me. No wonder this place got 3 stars. ( The door was closed )
