- DADawn Armstrong5 days ago5.0This location truly never disappoints! ❤️ I’ve been here many times, and every time I come in, I’m greeted with the same great energy and friendly service. There’s just something about the vibe here that keeps me coming back. The music is always perfect, the atmosphere is fun, and Yolanda and her team are absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly especially Isaiah he was welcoming, and they genuinely make you feel like they’re happy to see you. And of course, the food is always on point—the fries are HOT and crispy, and the burgers are so good! I really appreciate the consistency at this location. Great food, great music, great people, and great energy every time. Yolanda and her team are definitely a big part of why I enjoy coming here! 🍔❤️🔥 On a side note…. I’m gonna need yall to do something about these prices!!!! 😫😂

They messed up and forgot to put cheese on my cheese burgers twice but fixed it both times. There’s one young man there that is really really nice and apologized sincerely for messing up my burger and he was a cook, not the manager. The managers here seem very nonchalant.

Placed an online order for in-store pickup and apparently you are supposed to check in where they take orders to let them know you are there. We were waiting by the pick up order area like many other places. My wife asked what appeared to be the manager about our order and she chastised us for not checking in first. We weren’t greeted when we arrived and there was no signage indicating the need to check in - in fact the order confirmation email said “When you arrive at the store, please proceed to the pickup counter for your food.” This manager was also very loudly yelling at staff and between that and the yelling at us, it created a poor environment and we won’t return to this location at least with current management. The manager also wouldn’t provide her name and when we asked two other employees for her name they said they didn’t know it. Either they didn’t want to provide it or didn’t know their manager’s name. Five Guys is not cheap and with this kind of customer service and poor atmosphere, there are better choices.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
