  The food was good until we got about 2/3 into the bottom of the bag and found an 'aaa' battery. I did bring it to the staff's attention and one person apologized, while the other said they don't use that type of battery. Either way, it was in our food and no one offered to replace the fries. But we had eaten most of the battery fries by that point (and I'm trying not to think about that at the moment), so I just wanted to get out of there by that point. The rest of the food was alright, a little gristly around the edges, but it was a long, tiring day and I was really hungry so I wasn't too picky at that point. But no, this place probably won't be on my return list.

  Ordered online last night but their water was turned off. Ok, I understand things happen. But what I don’t understand is that no one contacted us about them closing early and not being able to fill our order. I was charged and now I have to fight with corporate to get money back from something I never ate. No manager on duty for a refund and even today they wouldn’t give me a refund. Never coming back.

  Ordered a carry out order, email confirmation at 9:02 pm on a Monday night. Arrived at restaurant at 9:10 pm, did not get our food until 9:23. There were no other patrons in the restaurant, instead of preparing the burgers and shakes the staff was doing closing duties. Burgers were ready by 9:16, the shakes took a whole extra 7 minutes. Great food, clearly they don’t want us ordering a full hour before they close. Felt like an inconvenience. Paid nearly fifty bucks for two burgers and shakes, including a tip. Terrible experience.

  Both times I’ve been the service as been poor, with large lines at the pickup counter for orders that had been placed over double the estimated pick up time. Shame on me for giving this location a second chance as when I opened my bag to discover the large $9 fries about all 20 of them(I wonder what a small gets 6 fries)? In a bit of disbelief I asked the employee if this was the large fri to which they confirmed.
