I showed them the hair as you could clearly see it through the side of the cup. They told me there was not a hair in it when they handed it to me. Yes ma’am there absolutely was. I told them I know they try to work quick and provide quick service so they probably missed it but I’m not upset i would just like it remade. She then remakes it IN THE SAME CUP!! I don’t know. Maybe it isn’t that big of a deal but a fresh cup that didn’t have a hair dancing around in it would have been nice.

I actually left Burger King across the street because of the attitude and horrible customer service onset that I left that business and decided to go to DD and I am so happy I did. A young woman gathered what appeared to be our receipt and set it on the counter. She then walked away. My husband and I waited patiently for several minutes while she meandered around because we assumed she had other orders to attend to first. One other employee was walking around in the back watching a video on his phone while doing what appeared to be other work. We probably waited there in silence for about 5 minutes until some other people walked in the store. They proceeded to have a personal conversation with the young woman working in the store for several more minutes. She came out from the back to talk to them and repeatedly offered to give them food or drinks. My husband and I were still waiting for six lousy donuts to be put into a box. At that point, I was trying to make eye contact with either employee because it became clear they were not working on other orders. I'm generally a very patient person who wants to give service workers the benefit of the doubt, but seriously? The man who had been doing others tasks in the back finally approached the counter, saw the receipt laying there and prepared our order. Once he did, the young woman came back up to the counter and asked us "are you guys having any problems with the system?" So, we stood there for close to 10 minutes because she forgot about us and didn't think to question why two customers were just standing in the lobby doing nothing. Despite all that, I still wasn't going to leave a bad review until we got home and saw our strawberry sprinkle donuts literally had one sprinkle on top.
