  I’ve ordered 5 coffees from this location and all 5 times it was terrible I ordered thru door dash…I’ve been trying to call this location for three days now they pick up and hang up immediately unfortunately I will not place any more orders from here a large ice coffee shouldn’t be so complicated I’ve been to Dunkin’s from here to ri and this one particular location is terrible

  I got a pickup order and it wasn’t a great experience all around. very unprofessional employees, weren’t nice and didn’t even know my order. My food wasn’t made properly, i had to put cream cheese on my own bagel like that is a different kind of lazy.

  I came at night, and they where closed before their advertised time. They refused to serve us and the manager mike also refused to serve us. Really unprofessional from managers part.

  Incredibly slow, orders wrong, food hardly lukewarm, and the coffee is GOD AWFUL. this dunkin used to be good, but I think they've franchised recently 😬 disgusting. Don't waste your money. I literally took one sip from my coffee and threw it away.
