When went to ask for it to be reheated the girl snatched it out of the wrapper and threw it in the garbage. She said she would just give me another one. That was fine she wasn't rude about it. But I laid the wrapper on the counter in front of me. What seemed to be the manager came over and gave me a look. Said did you put that there? I said yes, started trying to explain. She cut me off, telling me they don't put garbage on counters. There's a garage can right there, pointing behind me. I went back to the table and started to sit down, it was very unstable and tipped spilling my husband's drink. He went to the counter to tell him what happened and request another drink. The same lady who had been rude, tried to blame him for the drink spilling. He even showed her the table tipping over with one finger pushing it. After that he went to the restroom. There was blood all over the toilet seat. The restroom was also a mess. He came back to the counter to let them know about it. He was trying to be quite, as to not cause they a problem. The same lady, started hollering " what ,what did you say" so he told her in a louder voice. We left after that.

I arrived at 4:39 PM to order mini bagel bites and a strawberry refresher. I had to drive off while three cars were ahead of me at 4:55 pm because I was going to be late for work. I was not able to pay or get my food due to the extreme wait time.

- LSLidia ShetterlyMay 31, 20261.0Pésimo servicio, está mañana ordene un café sin azúcar y me lo dieron con azúcar fui más tarde hacer El cambio y no me lo quisieron cambiar la Manager me dijo que no lo aria y ni siquiera se hacerco a la ventana solo le dijo a la empleada que no lo aria, así mismo es bastante grosera ese tipo de personas no deberían estar en un lugar de Atención al público si no mejor trabajando en un lugar dif. Nosotros somos personas no animales y pagamos por un producto no hay nada gratis. Espero y se tomen cartas en el asunto, además usa unas largas y bien sucias :(
