- KSKiana SimmonsSep 18, 20261.0The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. Every single time I forget and come back to this store, it’s always something. The customer service at this location is consistently terrible, and when I look at other reviews, I can clearly see I’m not the only one dealing with this. From the moment I walked in, every employee had an attitude. Even something as simple as reheating a cheese croissant becomes a problem — if the cheese is cold, how do you expect someone to eat it? Instead of fixing it, they respond with straight attitude like they’re ready to lose their job and want customers to feel that same frustration. The manager was the worst part. She was so busy flirting with a man — her face literally inches from his, looking like they were about to kiss — that she wasn’t greeting customers, wasn’t managing the store, wasn’t doing anything but entertaining him. Completely inappropriate and completely unprofessional. This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Dunkin’ Donuts. I truly try to avoid this place, but every time I slip up and come back, it reminds me why I stay away. If you’re thinking about stopping here, don’t. Save yourself the attitude, the cold food, and the disrespect.

There was this girl with piercings on both her nostrils that helped me and had excellent manners. The regulars seemed to be very understanding of the rush and had patience so that also showed it was a good place. The other girls were also doing great. Everything tasted good and if someone was waiting, the staff did a good job noticing and helping with good manners.
