- VGVikram GartonOct 5, 20261.0I am very disappointed in the Dunkin' at the Marietta KSU campus. Not only does it close much earlier Mondays-Thursdays than the Cinnabon at the Kennesaw KSU campus, but the 1 shot Espresso at this Dunkin' location is not only a few cents more than the freshly brewed regular coffee at the Cinnabon, it comes in a small cup but only fills up around a tenth of the cup, whereas Cinnabon's freshly brewed regular coffee fills up nearly all of the cup. The only advantage to the 1 shot Espresso of Dunkin' is it is quite rich within that small amount. But, it is not very warm when they serve it, and on this day when I ordered it, they were not quick to prepare this small approximately tenth of a small cup of espresso. And some of the employees gave me funny looks while I waited for the drink to be prepared though I stood many feet away from the store. When it was prepared, they simply silently placed the cup alongside many other people's orders, making it easy for others to confuse them. Fortunately I watched them and I quickly got the cup and they had my name on it. Either way, adding water to this small shot does not produce a similarly dark drink at the same quantity to that of the Cinnabon freshly brewed regular coffee. It is quite clear that I paid more for something that likely was not worth more, or even the same amount as the Cinnabon product. At least at Cinnabon they got my drink ready quickly and didn't seem to have an attitude about it. And they didn't place it right next to all the other orders either, it was pretty obvious it was a separate order and not part of another order also including a similar cup. I won't be buying from the Marietta KSU Dunkin' again.
