  Has the management changed? 😊 I visited twice recently and had such a great experience compared to some older reviews. The weekday afternoon staff were super kind and helpful with my coupon, and the Saturday morning staff were also so considerate while I was with my child. It’s close to home, so I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

  drinks are inconsistent and they won’t give you extra of what you payed for and most of the workers are very rude.

  The food is great, the mangers in am need to be educated on being nicer, considerate and understanding to certain customers. Especially Awni. A for realness and smile would help. The overall store The employees are great with excellent customer services practices. There is a young Spanish lady who has the sweetest, smile and kind words. Luv you young lady.

  I've been a regular customer of this location, at one point even going daily before work to get myself a sweet coffee treat to get my day started. Usually my order is correct and everyone knows Dunkin' as a brand isn't the best at their drink consistency and some days are better than others, I never complained before today. Today my drink was made completely wrong and i didn't find out until I made my way to work a few miles down the road. When I returned 20 minutes later to ask if my drink could be remade and showed the receipt, the woman at the register had an attitude and was acting like I was just asking for a free drink as if they weren't the people who didn't pay attention the first time. No apology from anyone about the mistake. Not worth it for $4.

  I placed a mobile order while in the drive-thru line and was met with unnecessary frustration from the cashier. He made me repeat my name three times, then said, “You mean the order that just came in?” and told me I needed to wait two minutes after placing a mobile order before joining the line. At the window, I asked what the difference was between placing a mobile order and ordering at the speaker, and he responded by saying mobile customers “can’t wait,” even though I’ve waited many times before whether I’ve placed the order two minutes before or not. His tone was rude and dismissive, and once he realized I was offended, he tried to frame it as if he was just helping. I asked for a refund because the issue was not the policy, but the way I was spoken to. If there is a rule about timing, it should be communicated clearly and respectfully. In these times donuts and coffee are so low on the necessity totem pole you’d think they’d show the best customer service for people still patronizing. Done with this location.
