- CCCassandraJul 2, 20261.0The manager, Nate, was very rude and seemed more interested in telling a story than helping customers. Every employee who answered the phone hung up on us. They repeatedly made my guests call back, and they even hung up on children who called. Our order took two hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold, soggy, and incorrect. No business should allow employees to treat customers—especially children—with such disrespect. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses these issues.

I came tonight to pick up my pizza, the employee seemed extremely irritable from the start, I’m pretty sure he was the only one working that night. The store looked a complete mess, food and boxes were everywhere. Once I told him my pickup order, he proceeded to get everything together while throwing pans and other things around the store. He hands me my food, walked out of the store with his stuff, walked back into the store and started yelling throwing more stuff around then started flicking off the cameras I’m presuming. All this to say, my order was completely wrong. I actually couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. I definitely didn’t trust it after seeing all of that. This store needs to do better.
