The manager, Nate (or the employee presenting himself as a manager), handled the situation in a way that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. There was a complete lack of basic customer service—no effort to listen, no willingness to clarify the situation, and no attempt to resolve the issue respectfully. What made matters worse was the misleading nature of the promotion we were dealing with. Instead of taking the time to explain things clearly to me and my father, he responded with rudeness and dismissiveness. Customer service should be built on respect, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those qualities

Today I decided to give this location another chance, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately it was still very disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how the same Domino’s ingredients can turn into something so poorly made. The toppings looked like they were just thrown onto the pizza with no care at all. The only Dominos thing about it is the box, the pizza itself looks nothing like what you normally get from other Dominos locations. Really hoping this location improves, because right now the difference in quality compared to other nearby stores is very noticeable.
