- RBRyan BergerJun 2, 20261.0On slow days, if the pizza you ordered happens to already be made, they won’t make you a new one—they’ll reheat a stale pizza. The pizza was cold within 25 minutes of placing the order (within 15 minutes of picking it up). They had no explanation for how the pizza could get cold so fast. Interestingly, when I brought the pizza back, they didn’t look in the box—for me it’s a red flag if someone doesn’t check the product you’re complaining about—tells me they already knew what shape it was in.
