  2 stars but not for the waiters and waitresses but rather the negligent management. While it was a busy night, it's clear that the management here isn't pulling their weight. I'm not sure of the man's name (a manager wearing light blue) but he deliberately ignored my table's request, a simple one at that, for napkins (we were never given any) and for water (all our glasses were empty). Instead he took dishes we didn't request he take and intentionally avoided our table or any further interaction. He couldn't even say he had someone the team making sure it happened, instead he just ignored us. Furthermore, he didn't even apologize or thank us for our patience nor take any accountability. Thank you to the team here for all their hard work despite the poor management and I am hopeful this review will inspire this manager to perform better in the future.

  I really feel like it’s important to acknowledge when people go above and beyond their expectations. Upon my last visit there was a young lady by the name Amina (spelling might be wrong) that made my family and I feel like we made a great choice going there. This young lady is very respectful, she makes you feel very comfortable, she’s a great people person I feel and you could use more people like that cause this young lady made sure we had everything we needed in timely fashion, all while holding great conversation. Also, my wife said “she is the absolute best”. Big thank you to AMINA and all other people like her. We have already told people your location is a good one, all cause of this young lady. We plan to return and we are truly hoping she’s still there.

  Disappointing service spoiled what should have been a fun family outing. We arrived and had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, so we bought an unlimited gameplay card and played some games while we waited. Once seated, we noticed a menu deal for unlimited gameplay + $5 entrées. We asked if it could still be honored since we’d already purchased the unlimited pass, but the manager refused. I understand the timing issue, but it was still frustrating. Service was the biggest letdown. We waited 30 minutes just to get basic drinks (sodas and water — nothing complicated). Food took roughly an hour to start coming out, even though the place wasn’t slammed. Some items were wrong, and our waitress was largely MIA the whole time. No explanations, no apologies, and no concessions for the delays. Paying the bill was another chaotic ordeal. That said, a couple of bright spots saved the night from being a total loss: • Randall was excellent — super attentive, quickly running food, grabbing silverware, ranch, and anything else we needed. • The bartenders at the front bar were also awesome (didn’t catch their names). We go to Dave & Buster’s for the atmosphere and games, not fine dining, but for the money we spent, the experience could (and should) have been much smoother. Unfortunately, this visit was rough enough that we won’t be back anytime soon.

  We had such a great time at Dave & Buster's! The place was really clean, and all of the games we wanted to play were working, which made the experience even better. There were plenty of games for both kids and adults, so everyone had a good time. The chicken wings were awesome! Crispy, flavorful, and definitely one of the best things we ordered. What impressed me the most was seeing management out on the floor checking on guests. They stopped by our table to make sure everything was good and that we were enjoying ourselves. It's nice to see a team that actually cares about their customers. We'll definitely be back. Great food, fun games, a clean environment, and excellent customer service.

  Today was my brother’s birthday! He decided to visit Dave & Busters in Marietta for his 53rd birthday. Upon arrival, after paying first for food and game cards, my husband, brother, sister-law and I proceeded to the host podium. There was no one standing there to greet us. We waited for a short while until the Busser Deshawn kindly assisted us. Before he took our order, I used the restroom. It was dirty. The dining area had plenty of room so we pulled two tables together because the three booths still had food from previous guests. After Deshawn sat us at the Server Destiny’s location, she NEVER came to our tables. More guests arrived after us but she served them water then subsequently drinks. She had a huge party that she was focused on as well. Miss Destiny politely continued to ignore us while I became infuriated at the blatant disregard for our presence in her supposed area. My husband ordered for us and my brother and wife ordered their food and drinks. My brother ordered an appetizer of Buffalo Wings and fries. I was starving but I didn’t eat anything while I was there. I spoke to whom I was told was a manager named Nick. He assured me that someone would assist us. I know the look on my face was not happiness to see me. Before the food arrived, I walked back to the entrance to read the manager’s name on the office door. It read Chris Kersh on the black door. Chris was not on property today. There were plenty of players on the floor, at the bar,etc. but not where they needed to be. Clearly no one taught all the players moving back and forth seemingly doing nothing to step up and serve us except Deshawn. Deshawn stepped up and treated us right! The food was mediocre at best. No one brags about the food at Dave & Buster’s do they? You mostly come for the games and atmosphere. We played a few games, won tickets and redeemed the tickets. Randall brought one set of flatware to the table with four people. Edwin with the braces was gracious. I don’t know what the server’s name was that brought out the food. He was sweating profusely I guess because he was really working. When working around food are you still required to wear hairnets? Was the kitchen a mess? I’m old-school. A teachable moment for everyone that walked past Destiny’s table. Always warmly greet the guests, generate enthusiasm about Dave & Buster’s and ensure complete satisfaction by checking back on food and maintaining drink levels. Those are core responsibilities at Dave & Buster’s. Never say what’s not your job! Don’t forget to maintain a spotless dining area and adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Our serving plates were also dirty. Someone had swept food debris into a pile in the middle of the floor but failed to clean it up. The environment is loud, flashy and fast-paced. It requires the ability to walk and stand for 100% of the shift and lift/carry up to 30 pounds. Miss Destiny you didn’t look happy today. Deshawn left today very happy $! We thanked him generously. We appreciated your goodwill kind sir and were able to celebrate accordingly.
