  Worst Dave and busters I’ve ever been to. The service was RUDE, half the games were broken and couldn’t get our tickets back. Food came out cold, weren’t seated with silverware or menus, had to wait 15+ minutes for our server even though we were 1/3 people in there, and the other 2 people were getting their checks. The host was an incredibly rude, miserable old man.

  Came in today for a meal, and the waiter was on perks or something. She put her head down on the table while taking our order, and told us she was “going to the bathroom I’ll be right back.” Like thanks for sharing lady…. She returned after 10 - 15 minutes and the only thought I had in my head was a destroyed bathroom and unclean hands. The food was ok at best, not that I had an appetite after that, and the waiter proceeded to mess up splitting a check six times. I will not be returning for the food or service, however, the entertainment and games were top notch as always.

  Bree at the Coupon and ticket desk was so helpful! She explained to me and my granddaughter how we could get the most out of our points. And she helped my granddaughter select gifts from the tickets she had earned. The manager on duty was also very helpful – he was able to pull up my credit card charge and cleared up a question I had about the services I paid for.

  Came out to have mom and son night! Hostess was a delight, even made sure that there were servers available……. NO SERVER ever came, greeted or even acknowledged our table and you all are NOT busy whatsoever. Came back to the hosted to see if my son could even stand at the bar and the server (I’m guessing that was supposed to serve us says: DID THEY GET UP? I answered yes we did!) She looked surprised at the response. Grabbed a shot from the bar and the bartenders ARE THE ONLY reason we stayed to play out the money spent coming in . He said the customer comes first as I walked up and he was on his way to the restroom… he still turned around with a smile. Made our drinks and the beautiful female bartender came around with a winning smile and greeted us as well. They are the ONLY reason for the one star… it goes to them…… before you ask how you can resolve the issue. Customer service is at an all time low in these times… so if you don’t have the attitude and patience for it GET OUT. There are plenty of other people that need jobs/careers that would run circles around the nonsense. Been in customer for over 25 years and this is how you get the people that don’t TIP to become your regulars…. Just saying.

  Just had my daughter’s 7th birthday here we were blessed to get Christelle as our server and even between 20+ people she handled all of our kiddos with ease! They loved her she was wonderful with no only our kiddos which is fantastic enough for me but also never dropped the ball on service drinks were always full she was always by when needed and regularly checked on us to make sure we were all set and comfortable throughout the time of our party 🥳 HUGE shout out to you Christelle keep rockin it !thank you for helping make my baby’s birthday so special ❤️
