  We were passing through & stopped in to eat and Courtney was such a JOY!!! ❤️ She was extremely professional, polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and warm personality made our experience even more enjoyable! It’s always refreshing to receive excellent customer service from someone who truly seems to enjoy taking care of their guests. Courtney, thank you for making our visit special! Dave & Buster’s is blessed to have you on their team! 👏🏽❤️

  Extremely disappointing. We got there for happy hour and waited about 10 minutes at the bar because we didn’t see another bartender, so we assumed we were in line. Then another bartender suddenly showed up and started serving people who had just walked in on the other side. Both bartenders saw us standing there but neither said anything or directed us over. When we finally got served, they told us happy hour was over. I explained that we had been waiting, and the bartender said, “You should have asked for the other bartender.” Seriously? If you saw us waiting for 10 minutes, why not just call the other bartender or tell us they were available? The lack of communication was ridiculous, and blaming us for it made it even worse. This bar seriously needs better training and management.

  We arrived with a party of 8 Nobody came to our table for 20 minutes We did not receive a single drink even water for the first 45 minutes. Waiter couldn’t remember our drink orders or anything multiple times . Food arrived in a about 45 minutes With only 2 of our 8 with so much as a water Unacceptable service all around Only positive was food was decent.

  I would like to say that my experience was not the best really just because of my server. I was there having lunch with a friend and everything was all good until it was time to meet our server. Her name was Javeria, and she has such a nasty snappy attitude. Our food wasn’t already the best, but yet she just made our experience way worse than wouldn’t already needed to be. I will not be back and I don’t think she should be a server with the kind of rude attitude she has.

  Took my 12 and 10 year old here on a Tuesday evening (7:30pm). It was such a fun time! My kids have some sensory issues, but the Tuesday night was pretty quiet and had zero crowds. The kids and people who were there were incredibly kind. We ended up needing extra help in terms of messing up our card once and picking the wrong version of a game and the manager Donna could not have been more kind or helpful. Antonio has the patience of a saint in the reward ticket shop and Ethan helped us with the human crane and was very gentle and kind. It was such a special family bonding time. (also The dessert served by Theo were delicious!).
