The staff was nice, but the food was terrible. We went at 7:30, and none of the food looked or tasted fresh. They did not have kids tortillas and asked if I could just rip a regular one for a kids meal. The cheese dip was a solid chunk, when I asked if they had a fresh batch, they said it just gets like that when they cook it… There was not a clean table in the restaurant even though it was empty. The drink station was covered in trash and food, including the cutlery bins. They were out of napkins… My child had to use the restroom, which was absolutely disgusting in odor, the floor, the one toilet, and the sink. I love Chipotle, but have had a bad experience every time I have come to this location. Management or Ownership needs to step it up. The 3.2 stars they have is overly generous at best….

The absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Ordered on the app for a pick-up order at 12:25 (it was supposed to be ready at 12:40) and at 12:55 the order still wasn't ready. I sat in the restaurant with my husband waiting, and the entire staff was walking around looking like they had absolutely NO idea what they were doing, talking between each other or on their phones (with their gloves.) Not to mention the place itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I asked an employee where our order was and that we wanted to cancel it, the first woman said "I don't know how to do that." didn't even apologize. Then another woman came out from the kitchen, she proceeded to scream at us and fight with us that we "can't wait 2 more minutes for the food? we are understaffed and i was texting my manager." The food was nowhere near to being ready. The man doing the online orders had zero idea as to what he was doing. Mind you, there was only 3 other patrons in the restaurant. It was practically empty. She had a tattoo on her face and did not want to be there whatsoever. She also left me talking to myself in mid conversation. I work in hospitality and never in my life would our corporation allow our teams to speak to guests the way she did. I will never be visiting another Chipotle in my life. Training and hospitality are obviously not their priority at all.

Decided to try this location because it used to be my favorite location when I lived nearby. I was in the area and decided to stop in. I was very disappointed. It was not clean at all. All the tables were dirty and the trash was piled up. The food area was also dirty. I can only imagine what the back looks like. One girl was handling food and money with the same gloves on. Very dirty location.

3 employees working the togo counter, 1 working the front line with 14 people waiting. we're 10 minutes waiting in line.
where is Management?
correction, one of them WAS management but once they finished the togo counter the manager went and stood next to the cashier and they both STOOD watching the line of customers and the ONE employee working the entire front line by herself.
I spoke to him about it and he made excuses. and brushed me off politely then I told him his reviews were terrible and all for the same reason and he said "they must be right then". I informed him they were like that because of management attitude. to which he politely dismissed me again.
won't ever eat here again. foods too expensive for this type of service, attitude and old food.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl, and when I started eating it, I noticed there was a lot of overcooked, crusty brown rice. Almost every bite felt like I was chewing on rocks. I'm not someone who usually sends food back, so I kept eating, hoping it would get better. By the time I was about halfway through, I realized every bite had the same problem.
At that point, I asked if they could replace only the remaining portion of my bowl. I wasn't asking for a free meal or a completely new bowl—I just wanted to be able to finish the rest of my dinner without biting into hard pieces of rice.
The employee kindly started making me a replacement, but since it's difficult to make only half a bowl, they ended up preparing almost full one. As I was leaving, the cashier said, "Next time, let us know before you've eaten half of it."
I understand why he said that, but it was discouraging to hear. I wasn't trying to get free food. I only waited because I don't like complaining or returning food, and it took me a while to decide to speak up.
It's been a particularly stressful week, and Chipotle has been my comfort food. In fact I've had chipotle 3 days in a row. After that interaction, I sat down with the replacement bowl and unexpectedly started crying. The stress of the day, combined with feeling like I had to justify myself, was just too much.
I ended up taking the replacement bowl back to the counter without eating another bite and left.
The issue wasn't just the rice. It was feeling like my concerns were met with suspicion when all I wanted was to enjoy the rest of my meal.
