  This like the last several chick fil as I gone to are just bad now. Wrong orders, adding ingredients that the item itself says to remove, poor customer support. I mean I think chick fil a has just decided to stop being that company that is known for exceptional service and quality. Which just makes them an overpriced fast food restaurant now. My family can't recommend using them anymore so we just plan on removing the company from our trip stop options ns for food

  Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Guys, don’t go here. I spent 30 minutes waiting and still didn’t get my food. The manager was rude and unapologetic. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

  This location used to be great when it first opened, but the quality has really gone downhill. I worked at a Chick‑fil‑A when I was a teenager, so I understand the standards and expectations the company sets. That’s why I’m shocked at how rude and disrespectful the owner at this location can be. Whenever I come and I see that Sanpeep guy is there outside I'm just irritated. He constantly nitpicks every employee over the smallest things, even when they’re doing their jobs just fine. Most of the staff are teenagers, and he’s always yelling at them like they’re doing something wrong. I don’t know what his issue is, but there’s absolutely no reason for him to treat people like that. I also miss the original team from when this place first opened. When the Macland location closed, a lot of the familiar employees came here, and the service felt warm and genuine. Now, most of those people are gone. The new employees seem robotic or maybe just slow. I get they’re probably still in training, but it feels like talking to a kindergartner when placing an order. I miss when it felt like the employees actually liked working there it definitely shows in the way they treat customers . Overall, the service and environment just aren’t what they used to be. I highly suggest for the owner to look into maybe a tinder or something , Im not sure what he can pull , but I heard love makes people more kind!. I highly suggest he give it a shot

  This Chic Fil A is the worst I've ever been to. Their fruit punch is always watered down, their salad barely have any chicken, their milkshakes are always watery. The service is ok but the food.........Just awful!!

  (never trust drive thru ) this must be a franchise location cause what the hell Hate it but it's the closest one near me so unfortunately I will be back hopefully it gets better this is the second time I've had a issue with them this time my meal was 30 $I asked for 2 meals I only got one and 3 (M)fries like where's my sandwich bro ?? I don't want 3 frys if you don't have Chicken just sell beef and say that Unsatisfied cause I didn't get my food I asked for The first time I had a long wait said my order was being reimbursed guess what it hasn't lol it's been over a week unfortunately this location doesn't give receipts cause I haven't gotten one both times &that's a pice of paper the night manager ask for the reimbursement cause I'm going to lie about a 30 $order at Chick-fil-A lmboo anyways so sad so hangry so tired do better pls
