    Seems that the mobile orders line takes a back seat to the people who order directly at the drive through. It was probably 3 Drive Thru cars to one Mobile Order car. I could be mistaken but it's probably the longest. I've sat in a Chick-fil-A line.

    I must’ve seen 30 cars pass while being completely ignored. I’m writing this as I wait for my order. I ordered online. Scanned the code for pickup. Sat at Pick Up for the last 15 minutes. An employee finally asked me what my name was. I gave him my phone so he could double check his order que. An associate just told me that my order was cancelled. No explanation. What a colossal waste of time. Michael, the 1st employee to speak with me, gave zero details or explanation. Then when questioned, said something about checking my attitude. This really didn’t help and only escalated the situation. The manager was as equally as “helpful.” But at this point I’m irate given how I was treated so the tone is now escalating. I understand that I ordered around the cut off between breakfast and lunch. I have had orders canceled before, no problemo. If there is a known issue - as the manager stated, why was I ignored for so long? If my car didn’t match any orders in the que, why not find out the problem immediately. Wasting my time is unacceptable when you have 2 drive thru lanes and 6+ people milling around delivering orders.

    This was the best experience Ive ever had at a Chick Fil A. Warm, inviting, and the workers were very sweet and attentive. Huge shoutout to Guillermo (?), who corrected a small issue with my order when he brought my food out and was so polite and respectful! We need more kids like him in this world

    Unfortunately, the morning manager, Aquila was more concerned about the person who hit my vehicle in the parking lot than she was of me. She actually witnessed my vehicle being hit in the parking lot of this Chic-fil-A but refused to give her name so that I could let the police know that she was a witness. I’m so glad that the two teenagers working the drive thru told the police what they saw once they arrived. Aquila shouted to me that, “she was off!”, when I asked her to give me her name and left the restaurant for the day. The driver who hit my vehicle didn’t have any identification or proof of insurance, so any details I could gather at the scene were especially important. Aquila was more concerned of his fate than of the damage to my vehicle. She tried to convince me that the other individual had more damage than I, which was so beside the point. My parked vehicle sustained visible damage that the police documented. How very unprofessional and disappointing from a Chic-fil-A manager! Be careful in this parking lot, the morning manager won’t help you if your vehicle is hit!
