I ordered two proteins — chicken and shredded lamb — but the portions were extremely small. The lamb was measured using what looked like a tablespoon-sized sample cup, and I received only about 5–6 small pieces of chicken. As a paying customer, it felt insulting to watch the food be measured out in such tiny portions, especially after paying extra for double protein. I even asked the server what the small cup was for, and she explained that it was used to measure the meat. I’ve eaten at many other Cava locations over the years and have never experienced portions this small or service like this before. The yogurt dill dressing tasted too much like vinegar. To make matters worse, I also experienced multiple bathroom trips after eating the food, which has never happened to me at any other Cava location. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
