  I come here a couple times a week. I like it because it's pretty low-key. I'm sure the owners would appreciate it if it was more lively, but selfishly I hope it stays like this. It's pretty darn expensive, but everything is these days, so what can ya do.

  Met up with some old friends and found a spot between us to catch up. Bolivar coffee was spot on. The people are very nice but the amazing part is the the atmosphere. Such a cool and comfortable place to catch up with old friends. We didn't try a lot of the food, just drip coffee and bagels but they were both very good. Recommend.

  Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!! We got the turkey and ham sandwich and it was the best we’ve had in a long time. Taste was authentic and visual was 10/10. Thank you so much!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My New Favorite Coffee Shop in the Marietta/Smyrna Area! I tried Bolivar Coffee for the first time today, and I can honestly say it has officially become my number one favorite coffee shop! I already have several local coffee shops that I love, so that is saying a lot. My husband and I both ordered sandwiches, and everything was absolutely delicious. I got the ham sandwich with balsamic reduction and marinated sweet peppers, served on the most incredible fresh bread. My husband got the toasted turkey and brie, which he absolutely loved. For my drink, I ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk. It was perfectly sweet without being overpowering, and I loved that they have several different milk options to choose from. The atmosphere is another reason I loved this place. The inside of Bolivar Coffee is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with fresh flowers and lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. It is the kind of coffee shop where you actually want to sit and stay awhile. Everything was clean and inviting, and my husband specifically raved about how clean, tidy, and fresh-smelling the bathroom was. Those little details definitely make a difference! I also picked up a few gift cards for friends while we were there, which I thought was a great option. But the real surprise was dessert! We tried something I had never had before called an oblea loaded. It is basically two large wafers layered with dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and cheese. The combination of salty and sweet was SO good and completely unique. If you like trying new foods, you definitely need to give this a try! I also found out that Bolivar Coffee recently received a 100 health inspection score, which was just another reason to feel good about supporting this local coffee shop. From the delicious food and coffee to the beautiful atmosphere, cleanliness, unique Colombian-inspired treats, and overall experience, Bolivar Coffee is absolutely a must-try if you're looking for a great coffee shop in the Marietta, Smyrna, or West Cobb area. I will definitely be coming back. Five stars all the way! ☕️❤️

  What a beautiful coffee shop and cafe! Tons of seating inside and out with a fantastic atmosphere. I learned that the incredible murals are painted by the owner’s aunt (must see the bathroom murals!) a famous Colombian artist, that his family’s dining room table sits in the cafe and that his uncle’s incredible photography of Columbia adorns the walls along with family photos. The arepa was incredible and I tried their coconut latte daily special which was delicious. There is a kids play place and a little bookshop corner. Thank you, Bolivar.
