  My wife went there this evening to get food to go. She ordered 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches. My wife said Janice was making them. In the middle of making the first one, Janice stopped making them! And someone else had to do finish them! When she got home. We opened our box of sandwiches. The meat was sticking out of the bread! Both of them. The person who made the sandwiches after Janice stopped, just slapped the meat on them everywhichway !Plus, the roast beef absolutely not taste. This is the 1st time we have had the sandwiches and no flavor! I went there about 3 weeks ago and the service was,not very good. I hope y'all get better!

  Visited June 21 about 7pm. Manager was super nice, restaurant was clean, and food was great!

  We've gone to this Arby's now for over a decade...and I think today was our last day. The food here has always had its ups and downs, sometimes tasting fresh and delicious...and other times so stale you'd swear they scraped it out of a dusty box in the dark recesses of their freezer. But today was just...confusing? We ordered two Greek Gyro combos. What we got instead had me wondering if the menu items were just a suggestion of what you'd get. Instead of the usual delicious Gyro, filled with gyro meat (lamb), lettuce, tomatoes, onion, tzatziki sauce wrapped in pita, we were instead given two meat abominations. One was a pita, filled with nothing more than ice-cold sliced meat (roast beef, maybe?) and literally nothing else...The other was an unidentifiable mix of meats, slathered in mayo, on a smashed hoagie roll. My only assumption is the chef panicked when he didn't know what a gyro was, and just started mashing ingredients together. The meal was such a frankenstein of meat and ingredients, I was surprised I didn't see the chef on the roof yelling "It's alivveee!" As a lightning bolt arcs down and creates a sentient meat monstrosity. Deeply disappointing meal, especially because we waited 15 minutes to get it. I think we'll find a place that has a more consistent level of quality.

  It was okay. The fries were a little cold . Service was excellent. The customer service person was very friendly . The outside is kind of dingy. It could really use a makeover especially in the parking lot.

  Ordered the half pound beef n cheddar sandwich and was given a regular size. Cost a lot of money for such a small amount of food.
