  I drive thru for a friend of mine. The 13 yo wants a medium shake and chicken nuggets. We pull to the window to pay and the girl informs us rudely that he can't have a shake. What's he want? He says dr pepper. I ask her what the total is now because obviously a Dr pepper doesn't cost the same as a milk shake. She takes the card and preformed the transaction. I ask for a total and the receipt. She says you get your receipt at the next window. Of course we get there and they say you should have gotten your receipt at the 1st window. So basically, they were rude, stoled money and refused to issue is receipt. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time there have been problems. They should close this place down. It gives manchester a BAD name! BTW, my friend that I drove thru for, she's handicapped and on a very limited income. This food was for her grandman. What a bunch of jerks!

  They close before normal hours. The wait time is slower than pond water and no one wants to work when someone is waiting at the counter to order or once the order is placed you can stream two episodes of the walking dead before it is ready to be picked up.

  Shut this store down now, the staff are lazy, and do not keep any of the posted hours. They will ignore you inside and at the drive through

  It's a McDonald's so. Very fast for a McDonald's though.
