  As usual, I stopped by Chipotle for a quick bite. I love their food; it’s always fresh. On the day we visited, the manager, a man, was working. My child ordered a kids’ meal and requested cheese, chicken, and a small amount of rice. The lady who prepared the meal kindly made the perfect quesadilla. However, when the manager stepped over her shoulder and rudely asked if she had put rice on the quesadilla, she replied that she had only put what she wanted—no other sides, just a chicken, cheese, and a tiny bit of rice quesadilla. The manager then threw the quesadilla in the trash and rudely talked to a co-worker who was kind and understanding. I was shocked by the manager’s demeanor and felt bad for the lady working there. He was very demanding and rude, treating her like a drill sergeant. I understand there are rules to follow, but simply telling the co-worker that it wasn’t standard and showing her that he had literally thrown the quesadilla in the trash was very rude. Then, he proceeded to make the same thing again, but this time without rice. He scooped an entire spoonful and put it in the side container of the kids’ meal. Unfortunately, the food was great, but the manager needs to treat his employees with respect and not treat them in front of customers the way he did. It was very unprofessional. To make matters worse, they were also out of sour cream, which is unfortunate because I have never been to a Chipotle where they have been out of sour cream. I’ve been to many Chipotles over the past five to six years, and I have never experienced the rudeness of a manager in any of them. Please help this location find a new manager who can order plenty of sour cream and treat employees with respect, as well as its customers.

  Started my order at 11:45am and the station had NO flower burritos. Server had to leave the station and go out of sight for more. Came back and started my order only to find out they had NO foil to wrap the burritos. Am I wrong in thinking that Burritos are the main offering. And isn’t 12 noon a busy time for lunch. There was NO sauce for the burritos or chips. My burrito was okay. This has me going to my wife’s side. She never goes to Chipotle and she was not with me is the only reason I went. Much better options for a big burrito.

  I don’t know why but the employees are not in the mood to serve! The first person didn’t open her month at all! Thank god we don’t have option! Never visit this place. Awful customer service! On top of it I come home and the rice is cold, the chicken is cold! Ridiculous You guys should just shut down. Awful

  Great experience only my second time eating at a chipotle and this place is a very friendly and clean environment the GM was very helpful
