My son ordered a fried chicken sandwich from this location, and when he bit into it, the chicken was completely pink and raw in the middle. Not slightly undercooked - RAW. This is not just unacceptable, it’s dangerous. This is how people get seriously sick. Thankfully, he realized immediately and spit it out, and yes, he was able to get a refund - but that does not undo the fact that raw chicken was served to a customer, let alone a child. That should NEVER happen. Ever. I did call and speak with the manager, Tracy, who was polite, apologetic, and understanding, and I do appreciate her professionalism. However, that does not excuse what happened in that kitchen. It is extremely concerning that staff are preparing food without understanding something as basic and critical as ensuring chicken is fully cooked before serving it. This is fast food, yes - but that does not mean safety standards should be thrown out the window. I would much rather wait a few extra minutes for properly cooked food than be served something that could cause food poisoning. This experience has completely shaken my trust in this location. Serving raw chicken is not a small mistake - it’s a serious health risk and should be treated as such.
