    I don't know what it is about Arby's but lately every Arby's I go into has the nicest staff. But I think the one in Madison really takes the cake. The young girl working the drive-thru is beyond nice.

    Received old food from a young lady that could not stop playing with her hair. Dinning room was empty and very dirty. No napkins in the bin because they wanted to hand us napkins. Gave the 2 of us 3 napkins. We ate food that you eat with your hands. One employee was smoking a vape in the dinning room. This was around 8:30 pm.

    French Dip sandwich is great. Service is quick and for a fast food restaurant the atmosphere is very good. Restaurant is super clean too

    Excellent service. The staff we had today was really good. The lady at the drive-through was extremely professional.
