  They supposed to close at 1:00 lobby closed they did not have any of the order offered a bunch of tacos awaited in the drive through line an extended amount of time was told to submit a refund in the app no place to submit the refund request manager who did not know if the store was corporate or franchisee did not know the owner or district manager look up in the air bewildered when questions were asked appeared to get irritated at the questions I would assume it was due to his lack or knowledge and stating he was a manager only to confirm later in the conversation the he was a shift leader he also could not provide the store managers name and had begun to roll his eyes come on are you kidding me

  Just a heads‑up when ordering the burritos. I received one that was mostly rice and pepper sauce, and the flavor was way off — imagine jalapeños and rice wrapped in bread. I asked to have it corrected, but the manager, Joshua, wasn’t willing to help.

  Inedible chicken. Served stale, fried hard and with an attitude. Nightcrew + Manager was an awful experience. 👎
