  The WORST TB I have ever had. Ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito. I think they gave me a day old burrito. It was as hard as a rock inside and out. Terrible

  No one answered the drive- thru intercom. I called the store to ask if the drive-thru was closed and they hung up on me. I don’t mind going in if they will allow it, but I didn’t like how this was handled. Not sure what was going on. I’m a very patient person, especially for what I want, but I would at least would have like for someone to let me know they know I’m waiting. It’s ok to ask people to wait or give you a moment. Most of us understand this job can be stressful, so it’s no issue to ask us to wait a moment if need be.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered (2) $7 Luxe boxes and subbed my reg drink for a Pea h Mango Fresca but when I got the the window they were out of Mango. The manager on duty was so rude and nasty to the staff. She threw my change around, fussed at them at the window, didn't apologize and left my emanadas out. When they gave me them they were cold and dry. I just tasted my sodas and they both are flat. I'm scared to even taste the actual food. Won't be going back to Tom Hill. Back to Zebulon Rd for me.

  It's always good food and prompt service. Not sure how it happens being a chain store, but seems like the food at other Taco Bells isn't as good as others. This is a good one. Conveniently located close to interstate.
