  Thank you Brianna for handling a crazy lunch rush with grace and positive vibes with NO HELP. I witnessed her call out for help from a co-worker that never left the back. They told her no, knowing she had a crazy busy line plus online orders to fill. She did a great job of making the best of a stressful situation.

  ooh whoEVER made my chicken bacon ranch salad deserves a raise. Better than any other subway. They know how to make a good meal

  They will rip you off in a heartbeat. I had mine for delivery and I ordered 50% extra protein and they didn't put it on the sandwiches. 2 ft longs I paid for extra protein and didn't get it. They also had a promotion to apply if you spent over $25 you get a free box of six cookies. Applied that to my order and still didn't get the cookies. Now I'm not really complaining about not getting free cookies, though it's the principle of the matter. But it seems like if you're not there to watch them literally make the order in front of your eyes, they will rip you off in a heartbeat.

  I went in to grab a quick bite there was one employee and he was slow, the meat and salad bar needed to be cleaned and restocked there was no sweat tea made. He was fixing mine and another customers order at the same time the guy behind me ordered jalapeno and banana peppers the employee just reached out and put them on his sandwich and then without changing his gloves started working on mine. I paid for the food but I won't eat it because the more I think about it the more disgusted I get. I used to like this store I'll probably never go back.
