  The older lady coughed on my bread, it was really nasty. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I paid for the food and threw it away. When another server is helping a customer, she just stops what she's doing to join another conversation, instead of helping the customer she's already got. I don't know if she's just confused or what. This happens every time I go there. I think the service needs to step up..

  The young lady was working by herself and there was a family in front of us and she apologized for the wait. We understood cause she was busy, we were not upset. We were traveling from SEGA to TN it was nice to stretch our legs. Food was good and she made it the way my son wanted it. Clean and sanitary too. I wish I had got her name.

  Came in this evening and there was only one guy working. He had a store full of people and was just knocking out orders. Very friendly and got my pockets just right. It's not fine dining but the food and service was perfect.

  Very frustrating experience at this Subway. When we arrived, an employee was sitting outside smoking and there was a strong odor. Inside, no one was at the counter and we had to call staff from the back room. The first employee who took our order seemed confused, couldn’t get anything right, and appeared unfit to handle customers, so another staff member had to step in. The store was not clean, the restroom had no paper towels, and the food quality was poor. Extremely disappointing.
