  I went to this store, because I worked a long day and always on the road. I wanted to get something to eat and wanted to get subway on the way home, as I am ending my night. When I arrived there, there was not a lot of people in the building waiting to order, but noticed there was only 1 person behind the counter to operate the place instead of 2 or more people working. It was just after 9PM, which I know from working in the restaurant industry, you need to keep the pace going. While waiting for the worker to get done with the customer in front of me, he kept talking on the phone with his bluetooth headset that he had on and talking when trying to take care of the customer at the same time. When he got to me, it took him forever to get what bread I wanted and get it set up. I wanted what I saw on the menu and he hesitated while his mind was still over the bluetooth conversation. Once he saw what I wanted and tried his best to get my order right, he toasted my bread with the chicken and cheese. When he went to put sauces on, it turns out that one of the containers is empty, which is part of the menu. I asked if they have more and he replied "Yes we do, but we are closing soon, so we can't refill the container". I asked what time they close and he replied "We close at 10PM, but we lock our doors at 9:30PM". This really made me irritated to where I wanted to walk out, but I wanted food and wanted something to eat. We got done building my sub sandwich and when he was wrapping everything up, he was still on the phone talking through his bluetooth headphones and not concentrating on a customer, which is something that he should do. It didn't seem like there's a manager in the building and didn't want to ask for one to cause a problem. When he got done with everything, he got to the register and looked at me dead in the eyes, "What did you order again?" Like you didn't pay attention of what I ordered? This made me really upset and relayed the stuff to him and I payed for what I ordered. This is the most ridiculous stores I have been at and I just hope they can do much better to keep that place alive. I will never go back to this place, as it will mark as the worst subway place to visit at night. If you close at 10PM, lock the doors at 10PM. Don't close early. Abide by the store hours rule.

  My sandwich was toasted when I asked for regular, I asked for EXTRA olives and only got 5. And SMASHED the crap out of it rolling it up. I usually don't have many problems at this store but this time the whole sandwich was screwed up. Oh, also 1 star to Subway's app for not allowing you to file direct complaints through there, also when you do it's with an AI bot and you don't get any resolution besides "We sent you an email. Is there anything else we can do for you??" I WANT A REFUND!!! Photo shows how small it was after he rolled it like a dang sushi roll.

  The nuna sandwich is good but the Philly cheese steak doesn't have enough meat.

  The place was clean the food was frush looking and later now frush tasting. They had great parking and even better customer service
