- DIDavid I4 days ago3.0I have been coming here for years, mostly for breakfast. Service used to be great, but about 6 to 8 months ago they started getting new staff managers on down. The service and food has only gone down hill, almost to terrible as they replace the old guard. On 5 15 26, looked to be the manager, a male in a gray jacket, was moving a bread cart back and forth just to make lots of annoying noise, trying to get the counter girl to react, I could see him as he did it and looking at her waiting for a reaction, she ignored him. The only original employee that I can see, is the lady at the register every morning, her name starts with a T. She is fantastic I hope she does not leave, she has been there a long time and one of the only reasons I still go. Panera- wake up.

This is despite there being an entire parking lot for the business that isn’t, once again, a LITERAL ROAD. It is there almost every day (so presumably an employee) and has even had the back up and open as if they were loading it for a catering/delivery order.
