  Fries were not cooked all the way and soggy/ unsalted. The female's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I decided to skip using the bathroom.

  Arrived and had to wait over half an hour and still havent got it. The employees was arguing with customers and when asked about my order they laughed . Ridiculous

  We waited 15 minutes in the last window for our food. When I went in and asked about why it was taking so long, they'd given it away to the wrong car, and told me to wait 5 more minutes for chicken. All they offered as compensation was a handwritten note saying 2 free meals on the back of our receipt. Absolutely absurd!

  Told me they were only taking mobile orders, placed a mobile order and came back a couple minutes later and the crew is in the back actively goofing off and hiding from the customers in line AROUND THE BUILDING. Kept giving nasty looks through the windows and ignoring the drive thru and not responding to anything. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of witnessing, complete and utter incompetence from both the crew and upper management.
